Rain has moved all of the games up to Thursday Night including the big one. Asheville @ Reynolds to determine the conference champion. Can the cougs repeat?


Asheville @ Reynolds

Asheville has been playing better offensively the last few weeks while still playing stout defense. They will need all of that and more to beat Reynolds. A few weeks ago I thought Asheville would get blown out but I think this will be a pretty close game. Reynolds being at home and with a few more weapons on offense will pull away late to win.

Enka is improved some but losing their QB has hurt their offense a lot. They can still win a few games in conference bu tit will be tough this week vs another improved team- darkhorse Roberson.

North Buncombe @ McDowell

The bye week came at a good time for McDowell who is banged up. They should get their starting RB back this week and should be able to rest many starters against hapless North Buncombe.
