Southwest got the talent and athletes. Only thing change is the direction of the program. Kids not happy with coaching staff. Dempsey better get a grip on his program. First thing he needs to do is grow some balls with members of his staff. They need to do things his way or the highway. Plain and simple because at the end of the day SWO community holds him accountable. He needs a younger coaching staff. A staff that respect him as the head Coach.
