Little is known about ALAJ, i think that they're a first season football program, and they have a 6-2 record. With that record, that shows me that they know how to win games. I believe that they'll win another one Friday night over the Blue Devils. ALAJ 41 SL 12

North Lenoir @ Kinston
Kinston is coming off a well needed bye week, after losing back to back games to JK and Wallace. NL is coming off a big win over winless SL. I think Kinston gets back into the winning column and finish in 3rd place in the ECC. Kinston 34 NL 26

EAST DUPLIN @ SOUTHWEST ONSLOW
ED defense couldn't get their offense enough possessions Friday against Wallace. While SWO defense was in the same boat against JK. I think ED has the better team, and will make enough stops to get the win. ED 28 SWO 14

It's been 9yrs and 11 straight games that the Tigers 🐅 have walked away from this match up with their tail between their legs. It's a different kind a beast that JK will bring in the Dog 🐕 pound this time. A share of the conference crown, and the #1 seed from the ECC for the playoffs is on the line this time. And This time the Tigers 🐅 are undefeated and on the hunt. They have overpowered every team that has stepped in their way. JK is playing their best ball right now, and this team knows how to win close games. Meanwhile the Bulldogs are just letting everyone talk,(Wallace ain't this, Wallace ain't that!) The whole time, the Bulldogs has been recovering from their early season games against bigger schools. From what I have notice is Wallace is getting better and better, week after week. I believe their defense has found its footing and are creating enough opportunities for their offense. I can't remember the last time a undefeated JK squad has went to Wallace and didn't remain that way when it was all said and done. This time will be no different, the Tigers will be ready to pounce on the Bulldogs and will not turn them loose until JK coaches grab the Tigers and say, "THAT'S ENOUGH BOY, TURN EM LOOSE! LET EM GO BOY, LET EM GO!!" Then you hear someone from the home stands yell, "SOMEBODY PLEASE GET THOSE TIGERS 🐅 OFF OUR BULLDOGS!!!" Then JK WALKS AWAY VICTORIOUS, AND THE 2024 ECC CHAMPIONS 🏆 JK35 WRH 8

Jk been undefeated in 1960,1962,1971 (until the first round of the playoffs),2006 (until the state championship game) 2007, 2008 ( until the second round) 2012 (until the Eastern finals) 2013... So pretty much it was I believe 2012 or 2013 that was the last time jk went undefeated... And 2007 was the last time jk won in.wallace for the last regular season game... If I'm correct

In 2007 JK went 16-0 and won the state championship, but that game against Wallace was in Warsaw. In 08 JK went 12-1 lost in the 2nd round to Midway. In 2012 JK went 13-1 beat Wallace at Wallace, lost to SWO in the East Championship game. 2013 JK beat Wallace twice, 19-18 in the regular season, and 28-14 in the Eastern Championship game. Both games were in Warsaw. Jk went undefeated and won the state championship.

Kinston still a very underrated team to me. Started the season off shaky but got it under control and had tight games with JK and Wallace while blowing us out. With the athletes they have they are gonna be a tough out in a couple weeks

Both teams, ED and SWO coming in off tough losses. I think this game comes down to can SWO score. And I think the answer is not enough. Our defense is playing very well and offense will do enough to get the job done.

JK vs Wallace
JK is the better team plain and simple. It is a huge rivalry so I could see it being tight just because of that. I’m gonna take the better team by a good margin

Ok I knew it was probably one of those two years (2006 or 2007)... I figured you weren't counting the times jk played wrh during the second game of the season... I do expect this game to be pretty intense and to have a decent size crowd....

I wish we could get Wallace to put extra bleachers on the visiting side.

Big win this past week by WRH, confidence builder for sure, as for the JK game, I will still take the Tigers in a close one 24-21. But WRH winning isnt out of the question either. Trust me they will not just lay down either. WRH still has a lot to play for, I am sure they would love to take a little luster off of JKS great season and take a share of the title and the #1 seed for our conference going into the playoffs. If you plan on going get there early and give yourself time to get through the security measures. Gonna be a packed dogpound!! Go Dogs
