I will be at this game Friday Night. Up 258 about 40 minutes to Deep Run to watch my Stallions beat the brakes off em ...... LOL. Hope to see some SWO fans/posters there. Sadly next week is listed as an off week so this is the only one I will catch before heading out. Hopefully we can schedule another one. In any case hope to see a good game and a preview of next year.

Does anyone know if they will sell tickets at the gate or have to get them on line. Also SL lists the game starting at 6, is that correct ?

Most schools have been selling at the gate. MaxPreps shows 7:00 pm kickoff. If I find out differently, I’ll let you know

I would be shocked if 6 is correct. I would say 7 but don't take my word. I went to the WRH - SWO game and tickets were at the gate.

Hopefully they play, can't have make up, incase the flu shows up again. Well for swo doesn't matter, won't make the post season. Swo hasn't made the playoffs only a few times I can remember. Twice with Dempsey now

Under Padgett I remember twice. First year we were in the ECC. Had a chance last game of season but came up 1 Yard short with no time left, I think it was against the TEACHY TERRIERS ... lol. In 2001 but by drawing the short straw in a 3 way tie for conf title and 2nd place. In any case things are looking better for next year if they keep progressing like last two games.

could be a tie this year. WRH will give Kinston 2 loses. If Swo was to beat ED and Wallace beats ED that would give ED 2 loses. WRH wins the conference 3- way tie. Just a scenario that could play out.

Heavy clouds have rolled in at Sneads Ferry. Raining now. I will probably not go to S. Lenoir tonight. An hour drive up and an hour+ back in the dark and rain. 90% chance of storms here and there. Over 50% is a no-go. I'll check the broadcast in case they play, for how long is the ?. With neither team going past regular season dont think they care much.

Thank you very much! That’s a great idea to pair the audio. Maybe when I retire and have a little more free time, that will be something we can work on.

My goal is to always keep the content free. I enjoy doing it and helping to get the kids receive a little positive exposure. And my wife loves shooting the photos and keeps them free for download.

We’re just a couple of amateurs who do our best because we love high school football and SWO!

Things didnt work out like I hoped for this trip. IF things kinda get back to semi normal my yearly trip can happen. Just to many family things this time after a 2.5 year separation. Family and good friends come first.

I agree. Just look at Reidsville how they have run the ball and won several ships doing it. We are running the ball well at West Craven now. I don't know how far we will go but I do think we have more than a 1st round win in us.

Yes, we won 4 totin the tater. Good luck this year to WC. Dont look like we will go past regular season, so will pull for Clinton, WRH and anyone else in SWOs area. Nothing against any other teams as there are some good ones. And of course the East in title game no matter who it is.

Strange things happen on the way to playoffs. Like in 2000 to us. so until its official we are out .... SWO will win the 2A.

Kerr definitely passes the eye test. He's a horse swo can ride. I believe we win both games to finish the season off. The boys came ready to play last night.

Definitely spoiled with the Sunday kids
Mike Mark and Jason all had confidence and abilities to make huge kicks. Both nick and Zack mattics same thing, performed well in big moments. Kicking game is a dying skill in football

You might win both games but I would suggest pumping the brakes and heaping too much praise and unbridled optimism based off winning at SL. They havent stopped anyone good all year. These posts and writeups are reminiscent of all the good feelings after SWO beating NL and we see they cant stop good teams either.

Still its good to win so I can appreciate everyone that follows SW to feel good and look for positives.
