Elkin's starting qb broke his collarbone against starmount monday. Elkin's senior starting rb/lb got taken off in an ambulance tonight at the start of the 4th qtr....hope he is ok!

As for Murphy, something has been about a half a click off this season. Seems like they can’t put together a complete game. Untimely penalty here, offensive three and out there, can’t stop the run, can’t get off the field on third down, etc…it came back to haunt them. Just hate that it happened tonight.

It won't matter if Starmount beats Alleghany next week and Mount Airy beats East. The odds of both of those happening are pretty slim at this point.
