Due to the rainy forecast, Reidsville and Northwest Guilford will play Thursday instead of Friday.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.

What are your thoughts on the game Reidsville Fans?

NWG is coming off a sloppy win in a flood against Grimsley where the Special Teams stepped up big. #10 Stone had two blocked punts inside the Grimsley Red-zone that led to two Touchdowns for the Vikings. #7 Thomas Hennigan continues to prove that he is one of the best receivers/returners in the area. NW IMO is still struggling to get consistent QB play from Jake Smith and Caleb Homol.

Reidsville has a similar issue at Qb,where we play 2 guys. I'm not sure if this will happen Friday or not. The thing that concerns me most is that we have a small secondary to your big wide outs. I think it should be a pretty good game.

when it rains.....IT changes everything. Passing will be tricky and the field is wet as it could be. It only get worse. I thought Dudley-Richmond game would be a great one to watch and it was. The thing was it was low scoring game due to rain big time.

I think on a dry field Dudley would've beaten RC.....but wet field always neutralizes speed....and then the emphasis is on strength and brawn (especially in the RB.'s)....Hope Reidsville can show me some of that if the conditions are like that..............................................

NW Guilford has a couple big receivers Hennigan, Turner, and Cloud. #7 Thomas Hennigan is on a different level and is only a Junior. Last season he finished the year with over 100 catches over 1200 yards I think it was 15 TD and 3 or 4 Rushing TDs. He also threw for a couple TDs and also had 3 Ints on defense. He really does everything for the Vikings. If he has a big game the Vikings win. If Reidsville can slow him down they win.

Heard today from a Rams faithful fan that Mike Golden might be back later this year. No ACL just a bruised kneecap.

That would be huge for the Rams defense.

He would be absolutely crazy to come back and play ..he has several schools looking at him he needs to rest and let his body heal properly so these schools feel comfortable offering him a scholarship in February ...mike needs to look out for Mike

NW with the win but another sloppy game for NW Guilford. They have to clean things up if they expect to beat East Forsyth

No. 2, starting Reidsville defensive end, was out this week. I think he'll be back against Graham. I'm not sure of the reason.

Maybe the R team can watch some games on TV this weekend (since it will be raining)..and learn a little something about football such as rules, etc.....................

What do you think is wrong with Reidsville? I know the injuries have hurt

Just a young team Warhead. I think the coaching hasn't been the greatest, I wish they would settle on a QB.
I think they rams could get things going in conference, (very weak conference). And not sure how far the rams can go in the playoffs third round would be good for this team. Good luck to Nwg, I can see a second place finish in your conference

Funny....We think the same thing at NW. I wish we would just settle on either Jake Smith or Caleb Homol. Seems like the team really struggles to get in a good rhythm. We went through the same thing last year when Rolfes was trying to put Jake Smith ahead of Caleb Homol's older brother Josh Homol. Once he settled on Josh he went off and almost led us to a conference championship. We came up short against a really loaded East Forsyth team. Looks like all roads lead to East Forsyth again this year.

Reidsville's three losses were to some pretty good teams -- High Point Andrews, Northern and Northwest are combined 12-4.

Rams are starting a bunch of young players and have the least speed of any RHS team I can remember. They've been hurt on offense by penalties and dropped passes. Defense hasn't played that bad - two of Northwest TDs tonight were short drives after interceptions.

But maybe they will get it turned around in time for conference play with Graham coming to town this Friday to begin the league season.

True, In my opinion NW could easily be undefeated. NW should have beat Northern but we all know the story when the Vikings play the Nighthawks

Why are rams fans surprised. They look like this in practice all the time. No intensity at all. Practices look nothing like they use to. I guess that time has come and gone. Hopefully the intensity will return back to Reidsville football or changes need to be made.

If that's the case the Captains and team leaders need to step it up. The Coaches can't do but so much.

NW didn't look like the NW we use to see. Not as physical or deep as they use to be
This team is nowhere near as Physical and Strong as the Joe Woodruff Coached teams that ran the Wing T. This NW team is very young too this season. NW use to be a lineup and punch you in the mouth team and now NW is more finesse. I think this spread air raid system can work at NW but its going to take several years in it to get really good at running it....but the Vikings get to drop a loss so going into Conference play we're 5-0 so you couldn't for much better.

Let's face it. Rams not a very good team. Dropped passes (about 7-8 per game), no football iq, no on field discipline, apparent lack of heart and pride, no intensity, etc. karma sucks. Reidsville has been kicking teams butt for 25 years. Well, the sun doesn't shine on the same dogs booty all the time. Add that to the fact a low number senior class and playing a bunch of young and inexperienced guys. And hpa, ng, and northwest are pretty good teams.

This is by far the weakest senior class Reidsville has had in the last 15 years...no leadership whatsoever...we need to start playing most of the sophomore class ...hell they are a good group and honestly could they do any worse

Its a shame to, because its some talented seniors. Cook is having a really good senior season.

No argument about Cook....he's a great one...some others need to step up...be it soph..jr...or sr..........................

Please explain no football iq ?? most of these kids have been coached up their entire life and have been winners...lets start looking at the coaches..tonight was pathetic

Still don't understand why our DB.'s at times play 12 to 15 yds. off the line of scrimmage....NW TD to take the lead in the 2nd half came about because of the way we were lined up defensively (that and a great catch by the WR)????

Football iq? Lining up offsides by same player twice in a row, sliding to catch a kickoff at your own 10 yard line, trying to pick up a bouncing punt in the middle of defenders, blocking in the back while nw is about to down the punt. That's lack of football iq.

If they're 12-15 yards off the line the coaches must have expected something else. Hindsight is always 20/20

Same coach at DB that we've had for 2-3 decades...............never seen us give that much ground up before this year..........................
