This Friday night the Tigers go to ER for the umpteenth time and try to come away with a win. I will not say anything about this game because no matter how good the Tigers may be it seems like they cannot win......All I will say is this.....This is the year for.................

I can't stand it , my Blood runs Orange and Blue and I'm proud of it.....Tigers win....24-14...............Ok all you Tiger fans let's show our pride.....

Really don't know what to expect score wise. ER is really beat up this year. All Conference OL/TE has been gone all year. All Conference tailback probably gone for rest of year. I know every team has injuries but they have hit this bunch in key players. Looks like Randleman has found its way recently but I will give edge to ER at home 21-20.
Maddox more important to me what do you think JV score will be?

That may be the 64 dollar question......Before the Wheatmore game I would have said the Tiger JV's with no trouble. What has happened the past two weeks has me scratching my head.......They go undefeated for 15 games dating back to last year , look very strong this year , and then lose two in a row..........Go figure....... If the team that started this year comes to play , I like the Tiger Cubs .....not giving up many points either.........BUT if the team that has shown up the last couple of weeks ( not counting Trinity ) they won there.......it could be interesting.

What does ER JV's have this year?

They have been putting up points pretty well this year not counting the Andrews game which with a couple of plays could have gone either way. If you throw out the Asheboro game which was called at half due to storm the team has continued to get better as year goes on. QB playing well and they have 3 tailbacks that aren't too bad. Defense has been solid. The only thing that could possibly hurt them the last couple of games is some of the boys may have to play varsity due to injuries.

My prediction is Randleman qb Welch will eat ER a live. That kid is special if he had more size he is a D1 qb for sure. I have not seen a smarter QB since Riddell at ER. Randleman 35 ER 20

ALLREAL.....I've seen the Tiger QB play...He is fun to watch.....

I think you are right.....except I'm not so sure ER will score 20. I think they may struggle to score 7.

Well Maddox Randleman JVs won tonight 32-20. Game was a flag fest in 1st half. Randleman scoring right before halftime seemed to be the difference. QB for Tigers had a good night. Throws long ball really well. I thought ER's defense against the run was very good. Their offense struggled the most they have all year. Partly Tiger D and partly self inflicted. Well now get to watch the big boys tomorrow night.

The Tiger Cubs can score......Tim York the QB is going to be a good one , and the double I's isaih Davis and Isiah Ferree can catch the football. I think Davis had 3 Td's last night. Great Hands and can fly....Randleman's qb SITUATION IS IN GREAT SHAPE FOR YEARS TO COME. Going to be a good one tonight......I hear that ER is down to 18 or 20 healthy players....that's got to be tough on Seth & Donnie and Company.....good luck to all........BUT GO TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Cubs did score, ER turned it over 4 times I think which they have not done all year. Also did not convert on 3 extra point tries which would have made it closer. And yea I think your 18 player number is about right. They told young guys to be ready cause they may need them. Hope ER pulls it off on Senior night. At least it will be a short drive home.

Well Randleman did win but they won it with ground game in 2nd half. QB did not eat ER alive. ER threw 2 INTS in Randleman end zone to end drives. Randleman QB can throw the ball a long way but consistently overthrew receivers. Most of his completions were of the the 5 yrd or less variety. Congrats to Randleman on their 1st win against ER since 1980.

And not to bash the young man because he is a good player but " I knew Scott Riddle and Randlemans QB is no Scott Riddle"

kidd.....I don't disagree with how the Tigers won........No he didn't eat them alive but the Tigers did have over 200 yards passing and 200 yards rushing..........The Tigers didn't have to throw it very much in the second half because they ran the ball so well........

As far as the Riddle {he was very good} comparison....The two QB's play totally different games.....I think the comment above was talking about the two QB's smarts and whits when it came to leading their team.

Anyway.....It was a good FB game....

Yeah I was talking about how they took leadership of the team. You knew without a doubt both QB were leaders. In my ( I mean my ) opinion Welch is probably a little more athletic than Riddle. Riddle is bigger so he can see over the line. Welch rolls to see field. 2 great QB's.

Yes it was a good game and as I stated the QB is a good player and quite an athlete. I figured eat them alive meant he would throw for 3 bills and run for 100 more? The game was won by Randleman pounding the ball off tackle and throwing passes in the flat almost like a West Coast offense. They clearly won a good ball game which was a 21-14 till about three minutes left when they punched in last score. Randleman was smart and wore ER down as like many other teams they are very shorthanded at skill positions right now. Been a hard year for injuries down here.

The Tigers were the better team this Friday night....The Passed well on the short to medium passes and ran the ball very well.....The Tigers will be hard to handle even more next year as they have a lot of horses coming back.

I do want to say that the ER coaches , Particularly Seth Baxter , showed a lot
of class at the end of this game......Even when the kid went down with injury
I saw coaches Baxter and Handy shake hands and the game was not over.
I applaud Coach Handy for the concern he showed to the kid that was injured......It makes one feel pretty darn good to see two rival coaches act the way they did this past Friday night.....
