No someone in the press box does the officials are supposed to start and stop it but my kid played over there 4 yrs ago their refs are the worst I have ever seen in high school football

They do both but neither started for 25 seconds once Heritage had to call a timeout and lost it Robbinsville would run the ball Clock never started you could tell it was intentional then trying everything to get back in the game
