Schedule - Pasquotank County Panthers (Elizabeth City, NC) Varsity Football 24-25

They are actually having one of their best seasons. Not sure what happened in their opener but they finished the season winning 3 straight before losing to NE. In that three game winning streak they knocked off Currituck who at the time was undefeated in conference play. That may not seem like much but considering past years that was a big win. If you take a look at their schedule they were competitive in all but two games. I’d go as far to say that if they could replay Northwest Halifax they would come out winning convincingly. The Panthers got better as the season progressed and I believe they have Freshwater (NE star) over there helping them out. If I’m wrong someone please correct me but I believe I’m right. If Whiteville is as good as advertised then it’ll be an easy first round win. I haven’t seen any of your games this season but I have been following the Pack on these threads and also MaxPreps. I would love nothing more than the Wolfpack to return to Elizabeth City for the Eastern finals. That game last season was the best game night atmosphere we’ve had since Wrh and Javonte Williams came. Whiteville really packed the stands and it made for a great exciting game. I could only imagine how good it would be to host the Pack in the finals !!!! I think Ptank will get three scores but still lose by 3 tds. Whiteville should roll easily.
Thanks Goob, I knew I could count on you. I think NE is the best team in the east, and maybe the state this year. Would love to return to play NE again, but it will take some luck to get there. It’s all good, some parents have kids who play on both Ptank and NE teams. T’jae Simpson one of NE top players little brother plays for Ptank. NE being the top seed could possibly host Whiteville in a few weeks so that long bus ride may go both ways. Our two high schools are only a few miles apart. I think we’re gonna see a rematch of last year’s eastern semi in Elizabeth City this year.
Ok I’ll play along with you. Let me restate it for those less informed. Ptank lost their opening game to them but if they were to play again I’d take Ptank all day. Panthers are much improved, probably about SWE speed.
I wasn't playing. Just going by what was on Maxpreps. It shows that Ptank beat them in the opening game. That's why I was confused. I can't see NWH beating anybody with a pulse.

Yes that was my bad, I apologize. Panthers are playing decent though and most likely will put up some resistance. They got a tough draw tbh, I wish they could’ve gotten JK or Kinston.

They are much improved but I think they got a tough draw, really wish they could’ve gotten JK or Martin County. Maybe your right Wiz, you usually are. You know it’s big for this program when they get a police escort for a first round game.
They would’ve matched up better and actually had a chance to pull an upset. Jk is not what everyone is making them out to be. Just because they are from Duplin County people on these threads seem to give them an advantage and it’s simply not true. Ptank will need a lot of help from above to beat Whiteville. That would be the case if Whiteville was only a 10 minute bus ride away.
I’ll take Whiteville by 2 scores in a rematch, I really mean that. JK just doesn’t look the part but they are 0-0 like everyone else and will have an opportunity to silence non believers like myself. I will give them their respect due if that were to happen.

Funny.. That game won’t be close. Northeastern Coastal 2A is worse than Waccamaw by far. Northeastern is obviously strong, but the rest of the teams in that conference are borderline top 300 teams. Whiteville, South, and Pender would easily beat anyone in that conference beside NE.
