Pender at Whiteville

Could be a good one at home this week, we are 6-1 with an OT loss by 1 point to James Kenan, Pender is 5-2. Hopefully the Pack can continue with the momentum they have gained thru the last few games and move forward with a win at home. Glad to be back at Legion Stadium for Homecoming, I believe.

Whiteville wins 51 to 38. The Packs defense did not play well tonight. They need a lot of work before they play East Bladen next week. Pender has a good team. # 5 is the best running back I have seen this year. I bet he had over 200 yards rushing. Our offense played verry well running and passing. # 4 had a great night with a td pass and a int to close out the game when Pender was driving for a td.

No doubt #5 Jeremiah Johnson was impressive. Thought we came back strong in the 2nd half and mixed the pass and run well nice play from #4 and #3 and several of the backs on the offense. D line needs work, not sure why the are lining up, up to a yard off the ball? Flex D?
