North Carolina high school football computer rankings (10/10/2023)

WOW, Mount Airy dropped to # 3 since I posted on Wednesday. Someone feed that computer more juice. LOL
Maybe it’s because Rabun Gap plays in NISCAA and not NCHSAA?
If y’all didn’t play them I, personally, would have never heard of them. Like the occasional South Carolina team Shelby or Crest play 🤷♂️
Am I missing something here? Why in the world would a ranking of NC high schools include a private school in Georgia?
Mt Airy third in RPI too now. Swain jumped to second.
Because they play football in NC
MaxPreps and Simmons list them
Last 2 weeks are huge; Smoky Mtn champ will most likely be #1….Bears don’t really control their destiny….should NR beat Salisbury & ER beat Randleman, Bears looking at another #4 seed…it is what it is
I could see SMC runner up being two, three or four in RPI at end. Won’t effect conference champion seeding for playoffs but I could still see it
I expect Salisbury wins, no idea on ER v Randleman.
but then again a “quality loss” doesn’t really hurt
A quality loss, meaning against an almost equal team in wins like maybe Starmount if they had lost ?
MA will more than likely be a 3 seed
