Good match up this week of top 10 teams. Clinton #2 vs NS Jax # 6.

I know it's early, but who will be 2a and 2aa. Assuming Shelby, Lincolnton, Mt Heritage and Reidsville back in 2a. East Lincoln 2aa.

No way of knowing at this time. Week seven or eight will start to clear up some. All the schools in the middle 20% of enrollment could
go either way.

Don't know anything about this years North Rowan squad but I was told they have some elusive skill kids. NR has two monster games up next in Davie County (ranked top 12 4A) and 1600 ADM South Iredell. If they win either of those games I think they could be a good playoff team. The Davie County game may need a lot of help from Davie.

Monroe has another big test this week. Monroe took on a difficult non conference schedule.

We will find out a lot about Clinton come Friday.....but a lose would not be the end of the world....definitely the game of the week in 2A #2 vs #6

Their non conference schedule is a gauntlet. They handled it ok last year though. They've fallen off a little but not that much. Their 3A competition is a bit stiff, even for 3A

Big stretch coming up for Northeastern. Next four games on the road (Hunt,Lake Taylor (VA), Bertie, First Flight). Looking at Hunt's schedule, their next six games are at home....
