They’ve got a guard who can really light it up and a couple of others who will get double digits. They like an up tempo game because they don’t have much height. I think Crest is probably 10 points better than them, but don’t let them sneak up on you.

I agree with most of this. They are a streaky team that can play very well and very poorly the same game.

They had Reynolds beat in the conference tournament semifinal game with some poor officiating benefiting Reynolds which then carried over into a similar situation in the title game when Reynolds had the same benefit.

I know Crest beat Asheville and ACR so that gives a little point of reference for tomorrow night. Looking forward to it. Don't want to look ahead but a Crest/Freedom game in Morganton is interesting. Good old days of the NW4A.

Yes big win for titans who led by as much as at least 20. Not sure that Hough had been in a gym with that many people in it before. Seemed a little shocked at the atmosphere early on.

Maiden hosts Lincolnton in yet another epic battle between 2 evenly matched teams this Friday night. It’s gonna be a barn burner. I’ve seen the previous games between them but regrettably….i’ll miss this one. Hoping someone from Maiden or Lincolnton keeps us posted.

How about those 15th seeded Trojans getting a home game due to Forest Hills’ upset of Randleman.
Good stuff right there.

I would love to see 2 teams from the CVAC make it to the 3rd round!

Got a feeling the Randleman fans are tired of the Forest Hills Yellow Jackets. Knocked them out of the state football playoffs 2 years in a row and now basketball.
