Bears could lose 1 or both of the next two games as they only beat North Surry @ home by 2 points 78 - 76 in OT... This game at North Surry
Bears beat North Surry 78 - 76 in OT in their first meeting but NS is coming into this game with a lot of confidence after edging 4A power house undefeated & 4th ranked by Maxprep on Tuesday of this week. ( North Surry 71 NW Guilford 70 ) North Surry erased a 20-point deficit to defeat powerhouse 4A Northwest Guilford .The first game was at Mount Airy and tonight's game will be at North Surry.

Mont Airy Boys only lose came from 4A MaxPrep 6th ranked RJ Reynolds who beat WS Prep 46-33 and has only has one lose to 4A MaxPrep 2nd ranked Mount Tabor

This maybe public knowledge, but I have not seen anything. Who is recruiting him?
In all honesty, I haven't seen or heard much of anything recruitment-wise either.
To me, it's pretty surprising. I think, at worst, he's a mid-level D-1 player. He's 6-7, long, and versatile. Good handle and got a decent jumper too. All in all, just very fun to watch.
King University, located in Bristol, Tenn. and UNC Pembroke are his favorites as of now according to article in Mount Airy News. His brother Carson plays at UNC Pembroke too.
