Creek it looks like your Maiden team is playing well as of late with five straight wins. Awesome!! I know in the past when Maiden is solid in basketball, usually the conference does well in the playoffs. Can they beat NC? Best of luck and great win over the Trojans.

I’ve been laying low…hoping no one noticed their winning streak 😂

Yes…they can beat Newton if they continue to play like they have recently. Really…any of the top 5 in the conference can beat each other on any given night. They’re all about the same from the games I’ve watched….just not sure how they’ll compare to other teams that will make the playoffs.

I’m anxious to see how it goes though.

Looking over Don’s 2a west bracket…before he took it down…noticed North Wilkes possibly having the leap frog rule applied since East Surry has dropped out of the 32 teams that would make it currently.

It’s still early and I hope it doesn’t happen.

I know I’m in the minority…but I’m getting to where I don’t like the rule. I supported it initially…but I’ve changed my mind.

I would rather a team from my conference get in…even at my home teams’ expense…than some other jackleg team from another conference making it. 😂

I’m teasing…but I still stand by what I’ve said.
