It's official, Richmond Coach has resigned

Ben BADD, sir. Lissen here Pa..........I've come to the conclusion that good coaches no longer exist.

Jus seems that all modern high school coaches are cut from the same cloth, sheep skin, ect.....specially them small town coaches

I want to go to Texas one day and experience a stadium size high school football game. THE REAL DEAL

AGREE OR DISAGREE BEN BADD?

Well... Mr. Swett, in our state and system there's only 8 champlon coaches each year and in my opinion thats too many...4's a plenty regardless of school size...every year we're left wondering... who is the best team. For instance, this year. Would Dudley have beaten Wake forest and so on ? We never really know who the real champ is. Anyway, that said...I'd be glad to run out to Texas with you and thanks for the invite... you are pay in for this...right ? And I ain't flyin...you driven.

No flying or driving. I came here by boat, so you and I will travel by boat....that's why they call me spick or wetback and stuff or something. We travel on the gulf coast and land in Texas. Bring your pills an tak'em prior to boarding.

Like I said Richie Rich need to accept what they get. They too greedy, selfitch, mean, hazers, and always playing "I'm the big man" game.

So now, they must crawl before walking. The community ruin it for the bleacher regulars(who are the community).

The community need to earn the respect back before they even thank bout earning the RIGHT coach.

If you don't live here, you just don't know Mr. Swett....Our community is like all the rest...some good, badd, and ugly... as far as crawlin... maybe we start over but my Raiders can beat most teams crawlin...we done proved that... let me know about that boat...GO RAIDERS...

Yea but life starts over for that county cause they rioted the crap out of coach after coach after coach that the powers felt the heat, the pressure, and the label......next thank you see the coach resigning.............pitiful!!!!!!!!!

The community gave that last coach THE OKIE DOKE.......Embarrassing!!!!!

Now Richie Rich stands on no legs and in the back of the line for that special delivery. This ain't Burger King. They Dont get it there' way right away. The choice is not there's right now

And there's nothing wrong with striving for the best in which I'll be the first to admit, our RAIDERS haven't been lately...but don't you just hate it when they are...they will be back so enjoy it while you can...

1. Technically
2. Tactically
3. Relationally
4. Organizationally

But then again which of these is most important to Richie Rich?

I mean just coming off a military background pa, I would ask every coach some' ting sorta of like " hey pa could you possibly describe your professional background and training fella. Oh and how are you prepared at this time to take on the head coaching job of Richie Rich?

I would sit back and listen to the silly answers and look for such thangs as

Edumacation and relevant credentials
Variety of experience
Enthusiasm and knowledge of the Richie Rich district

Then I would be grading the boys

Low 1 2 3 4 H

In order to hire the best coach, they is a variety of mess you is got to know IMO

Stuff sorta like or close to as:
knowing all you can bout that coach from variety of sources through the grapevine
Oh and in a situation as Richie Rich - you best grab your grapes that hang and take ownership of this hiring process
You best keep the hiring process tight and secure
Student athletes should be involved IMO
never settle
 
Yes Sir...I'm sure the school will read what we say and take it into full consideration. I ain't really into bashing their ruling, any coaches or playin... I ain't even crazy bout that Richir Rich thing you do but can't do a thing about it, but in order for these kids to give all they need a coach that they know and like. It would take at least 4 years for them to get used to a new face... anyway, we just wait...Won't be long now...GO RAIDERS...

P: What is the problem and where is this coaching stuff all going wrong?
S: Us as a hiring officials need to find a solution that will fix that problem.
O: Once the problem has been solved and the hiring officials have came up with a solution, the opportunity will be clear as daylight for the hiring officials to make the ultimate decision to hire the ultimate coach.
 
Oh... why didn't you say so...The problem is, they don't have a coach. The solution is to HIRE a coach as they intend to do before well you know...and right. Then and only then will the OPERTUNITY present itself and therefore the RICHMOND RAIDERS will be back on track to win 7 more state titles... GO RAIDERS...
 
Well, I think we bout got it. Maybe by the time we get back they'll have it fixed. You sure you know the way?

Seriously I haven't heard that...they had an article, but still no decision...unless it happened yesterday.
