Hough vs Mallard Creek 10/18

This game is expected to be significantly one-sided. While both teams are among the top programs in North Carolina, and Mallard Creek holds the #2 ranking, Hough possesses a distinct advantage in terms of athlete performance and has achieved a greater scoring margin against their opponents. Additionally, Hough will benefit from the home field advantage.

Sounds like A.I.

Wonder if they will have this game on Bahakel sports or another source.
I don't know why but for several weeks Bahakel Sports has been waiting until the morning of the game to announce their "game of the week". Seems like they would have more viewers if they put the word out earlier, but I guess they have their reasons.

I know they like to spread coverage around between the local schools, but in my opinion they don't have a more interesting game this week than Hough-Mallard Creek. It's pretty impressive to me that anybody in the world (maybe I should say the free world) can watch Bahakel games live streaming on YouTube.

Love the Bahakel Youtube channel. Hopefully the game will be there. As for the game itself. MC is loaded, but Hough is on a different level athletically and talent wise. They are a NC Allstar team. But something just tells me MC is a different team this year.

-Since Palmieri has left Hough has absolutely dominated MC. Most games have not been close. So while my heart wants MC to win, and think they have a chance. My common sense betting instinct says Hough by 14-20 points. So Hough will win by 10+ points. They just have too much talent right now.

Hough & Chambers have dominated The Creek since Coach P left for Denmark. Creek has beaten each team once since Palmieri's departure.

Wow, didn't realize it had gotten that lopsided in both rivalries. MC will beat Chambers this year. MC is loaded. Having done more Hough research this years team is different than previous versions. They may actually be the favorite to win it all. Losing to Northwestern in the fashion they did has really motivated them. Big task for MC Friday. Hough 10+ points.

The Making of a Legend: Can MC make history in the upcoming championships after their 9th year trial or will they complete only the essential requirements and enroll them in a prestigious university?

Hough has beaten up on teams with lesser talent. The one team they played with comparable talent they lost. I don’t think Hough will show Mallard Creek anything that they haven’t seen from any of their non conference opposition. I think its a pick em. I think if they play each other twice this season they will split the games.

Have a question. If anyone watched the Archbishop Moeller vs Mallard Creek game. Does anyone know the comparison or style between Moeller and Hough. Talent wise and style of offense. Could we see close game between MC n Hough. I will add that Archbishop Moeller only loss so far is to Mallard Creek. They have pretty much won big on the other teams except 1. And was against St Xavier

I recognize some of these schools on this schedule. They were once powers, but idk about current day. Ohio must be down bad, bc I didn’t see anything super special about Moeller when they played Creek.

Think OH football is down overall and NC football is much better since Indy/Elder game in 07. NC football the past 15-20 years has been exceptional, and underrated. Weddington, Grimsley, Hough, and Mallard Creek are nationally ranked type teams IMHO.

Creek Defense is elite. Offense a tick up from the last couple years. Think this is very close. MC 17 Hough 14.

Still incredible to me that despite all the transfers and season to season hype Hough has never won a 4a West Regional. Been 12-13 years now where they have more talent than just about anyone and just cant get it done. Could they beat Weddington or Grimsley?

What is unfortunate is there is a possibility they play each other again. It’s tough to beat a really good team twice.

I think Hough would like the Weddington matchup more than Grimsley.

That’s the only reason I don’t pick Hough to win it all. They look like the best 4A team at this very moment but I just can’t pick them because of the playoff failures year after year. There’s no reason why they shouldn’t be able to get over the hump this year. Weddington has shown some flaws and isn’t unbeatable and Grimsley is very good but can be beat.

Bahakel was showing it to be broadcasted but now has taken it down
That is exactly right. At about 12:10 AM this morning they showed MC and Hough. At some time during the day they changed to another game. I guess Bahakel reserves the right to do whatever they want to do.

19-0 Hough at half. non competitive game. Hough is much better than MC.
Yeah, it's not close. Hough is very good. Aggressive man coverage and they shut you down. Same issues with Creek. Very good defense but they continue to do this QB rotation that just doesn't work. Special teams are a disaster.
