Coaches in Granville County will have to reapply for jobs as district prepares for consolidation

The consolidation of schools in Granville County means the district has more athletic directors and coaches than it has available positions, so leadership has decided all coaches will have to reapply for their jobs.

Anyone have any info on this? Why the decline? Will teachers/coaches be left un employed?

Other than that, definitely a reduction of facilities, which sadly means a reduction of employees. I hope most people can at least stay or move on to something better.

I will be that second and third one listed. Glad to see you think so highly of me. But I will agree with you in hoping everyone affected are able to land somewhere.
