pffft cut it out

someone noted reidsville had 40 net yards vs Shelby if you took away the two touchdown plays. Reidsville this year was primarily a big play team. I bet if you went to the stats, every game would have had modest numbers if you took away the scoring plays.
Dudley dominated the early stages of the game with big plays. Shelby would have stopped it just like they did against reidsville. The only bright spot for Reidsville, they were three plays away from beating Shelby.
If you want to use the common opponent theory, Dudley beat page 18-7, the following week, the Rams beat them 42-13.
Good Lord I sound like a Shelby fan. I’m going to have to visit the alter in the morning to ask for forgiveness.
We have been saying it all year. 3A is weak, This isn’t a great Dudley team, but good enough this year with realignment.

One thing though, Dudley didn’t have their qb vs page. I knew none of these 3a teams had nothing for Dudley this season. It may or may not be the same next season
Side note: Dudley and reidsville need to schedule each other

why in the world didnt you come across and fine me Fact..... Dang it man I would have at least bought you a 10 dollar bottle of water ... lol
Yea I should have told you I was there. I told Lion attack next season if Rams get home field and we play. I’ll give y’all a room for a night at the house . Win or lose. But keep that on the low lol rams fans may hurt me

Yeah…
Posting on a public forum…
Nobody will see it…
Shhhh…😂

if you look at calpreps.com power ratings..Shelby would be favored over Dudley and Reidsville/Dudley would be a toss up.............if you use power ratings....Shelby would be ranked 8th in 4A and Reidsville 18th...........all speculation of course............

826 get it right..lol
FWIW - this site has 2021 enrollment for Shelby at 899. The 827 is from the NCHSAA 2020/2021 ADMs (which actually used 2019/2020 numbers due to Covid). Doesn’t really matter in the end, but it’s at least worth having the right info for discussion. This site also had Monroe at 1200+ (up from 1006 in 2019/2020).

Going by that site....Reidsville down to 696 students....smallest ever.....1-A could be in the future...................
Not really because we (Polk) got moved up from 1a to 2a with barely 600 .... it really has nothing to do with ADM now .... if all sports do well they think you should be playing up... sports especially football should be decided by ADM’s

I will say that you shouldn't really judge who is better than who based on common opponents, and if you are, atleast know the full context of the match ups.

When Page and Dudley matched up, Dudley was without their starting QB (and threw in a freshman) and without their Head Coach Steven Davis. So, this definitely helped Page keep the score a bit closer, no doubt.

When Page and Reidsville matched up, Page was without Head Coach Doug Robertson and his son who starts on the OLine (due to Covid). Had both been in attendance, no doubt Page keeps it a good bit closer against the Rams.

I’m sure reidsville fans remember coach rob bejng out. They even announced it right before the game.
