While I do appreciate the time and effort it takes to do such a projection, I have a question. As far as Eastern Randolph goes, why do you have them as a 15 seed? Currently they are ranked 11th in latest 1A west RPI. 2nd Corinthians is 12th.

Brackets will be released around noon tomorrow. Time of the release is a pure guess but brackets will be out tomorrow. Most coaches have an idea of who they will be playing at this point

While I do appreciate the time and effort it takes to do such a projection, I have a question. As far as Eastern Randolph goes, why do you have them as a 15 seed? Currently they are ranked 11th in latest 1A west RPI. 2nd Corinthians is 12th.

11 conferences in 1a West and I believe 10 will have a conference champ seeded first….I don’t have Polk as a champion.

I could be wrong…as you well know.

Some schools will be out by the time they even release the preliminary brackets. And you give teams barely 24 hours to figure out transportation. This should be done the Sunday before if this is the best they can do.

Ugh, Dudley will have a decent little drive ahead of them to get pounded. This is going to be a very ugly game. I am all for kids getting to play as many games as possible, but when teams like Dudley make the playoffs, it tells me they need to cut down the total to be lower than 32 teams.

NWG is traditionally pretty good at baseball. They seem disappointing this year and did not live up to the usual standard.

Yes, that is the problem. Their conference is pretty awful at baseball. But that is just the way things are set up. No doubt, there are teams with worse records than Dudley in very tough conferences that did not make the playoffs and would give E. Rowan a more competitive game.

I do know uwharrie centerfielder is from Stanley county lol…..my buddy told me that even though uwharrie had one back 2 back state titles they have yet to win a conference championship in that conference….lol

Lord knows, and some of yall as well, I ain’t taking up for no charters but…
Being in a fairly good PAC7 2A conference does tend to lend itself to a successful run in 1A playoffs…

oh forsure when you gotta play randleman twice a year def will help with playoffs and I'm sure some other teams are pretty good as well.....Its just sickening and kinda funny that uwharrie currently has 2a admin numbers and can recruit as much as they would like and still cannot dominate that conference.....makes me laugh a lil....I don't see why kids would wanna go there?
