Ah man figured all of you guys were writing off the Wolves since they really have no chance here. Wasn't too long ago the Wolves Fans were leading these posts while bashing anyone who thought EL had a chance......
Just giving y'all a hard time and trying to ruffle a few feathers and get some of that old attitude back in town. This will be a great game and I do believe L-Town has a chance here, but not much of one..... Hope everyone has a great night at the game, this will be a good no matter who walks away with the win.
Congrats to EL. The East defense is better than people realize. Lincolnton made some crucial mistakes and East did not make one. You have to play mistake free to beat East Lincoln. And that's hard to do. I really hope we get to see Shelby and East this year would be a great matchup. Probably gotta throw Monroe in that mix too. I'm hearing they'll all be large and Lincolnton will be small. But who knows. Congrats again to East Lincoln. Well executed game and I don't think the weather was a factor at all.
Congratulations to the Mustangs and a special Congrats to CM3 and Dplubo, yours' was the best team. The East defense was very impressive. I've seen Shelby, and now EL, this season. I think it would be a great matchup but because of classification I doubt if it happens. Others that might play them tough would be T.W. Andrews and Monroe. Good luck to you guys.

Always a fun game to be a part of... The future looks bright for lincolnton, that #11 #2 combination looks to be brutal the next few years... What's the word on Easter? That took a lot of the wind out of the wolves sails when he went down on that fake extra point... I wish him well, cm3 myself and all of our cronies have enjoyed watching him compete over the years
Thank you Lincolnton, fun atmosphere to be apart of, big thank you to our fans and student section, EL'S offense and defense played very well, interception to begin the 2nd half by Strupp was huge, Surratt did a great job, always knew where the chains were on 3rd down. EL's 2 big wide outs had big nights and Banks is getting better every game. #22 hopefully will be just fine, they believe it is a sprained ankle but will get x rays done, he has been a big part of this defense and would be a big loss, absolutely great kid. Good luck rest of the way out.
Fun game to watch, but the rain and cold wind made it a tough one to sit through. I was surprised by the L-Town attendance here. From where I was at, EL seemed to have the larger louder crowd. I assume they will have a better turnout as they have more dominant seasons....
I would have loved for this one to have been played without rain. EL did pretty much whatever they wanted to on offense. l-Town had a feisty team as usual, but seemed a little small at some positions. EL has great skilled position players and run the offense to near proffection. Chaz opens up plays all over the field and his teammates take advantage of the situation. They are a well rounded fun team to watch.

After seeing Shelby play a couple of times this year, I think the difference in a matchup between them and EL would be the Shelby Lines and quicker DBs. They have what looks to be stronger and more explosive players at those positions with good size. On a good note for EL, after seeing how Dowdle completely destroyed the Shelby D, I don't think EL would have any issues scoring time and time again. I think it would be a high scoring game, but I also believe Shelby would stop EL more than EL would stop Shelby and would possibly win by 14.
