Corvian’s kicker had 78 touchbacks this year before the MA game. Late in the 4th, Corvian’s punter had a great punt out of the end zone to flip the field and make MA start around their own 35 instead of midfield or Corvian territory.

I am sorry, but you are either just plain stupid or you are a complete ignorant a-hole who relishes lying out your butt about things you know nothing.
And just for clarification, Surry County has currently three 2A schools (North Surry, East Surry and Surry Central), two 1A schools (Mt Airy and Elkin) and what ever you would call Millennium Charter school with about 140 to 150 Students (no football program).
I really wish people would stop accusing teams of recruiting without any factual information.
Some parents want their kids to play at certain schools for whatever reasons. As long as they go by the criteria of the local school board it’s legit.
Some school systems allow kids to live outside their area and pay a fee. Some don’t. It just gets old seeing this repeated!!

I for one have always hated the school hopping. You can call it whatever you want but coach’s can’t build a program when kids are always leaving. It also teaches nothing but bad habits. When things get hard just run to the next best thing. That’s what is wrong with college sports pro sports and society.

I agree holding the dogs to 8 points and having over 400 yards rushing is not playing bad ,l told my buddy that this Murphy game worried me and would be happy with a 1 point win .plus it was 19 degrees with a slight wind and Heritage had no turnovers, anyway Murphy had a very good team this year and next year they will be better...
You may be right but coach Robinson was on HighSchool OT I believe it was, and in that interview he said this team had more overall talent and team speed especially on defence than any team he's had at Heritage this interview was at end of July.he was talking about the height of our linebackers two that's 6'4 and you got 6,3
6,2 and 6,2 at cornerback and safety they all can run coach Robinson said that kind of size and length was unreal what you could do scheme wise...
MH will win this game with offense. They will allow Corvian to put up more points than MA did but MH has the offense and offensive playcalling that will put up more points
Keys to the game for Heritage, Don't give up the big play, Can't emphasize this enough. Play CLEAN football, no penalties and no turnovers. Kicking game needs to be tuned up before Friday. We cant let them have midfield advantage every other kickoff. if we do these things right I see us winning no problem, like I said it depends on what Heritage team shows up Friday.
Corvian has speed and #5 hard to stop he cuts good. Up front they have size and very athletic. Kicker is a D1 kicker!

Heritage line is lot quicker then mtn airy, not trying put your team down . Biggest concern I have is when the q b gets outside , secondary come up and their receivers will be wide open .

I’ve only seen MH 5-6 times, but we came there in 2009 and that team was really good. QB and o-line were great. I watched them play Tarboro in championship and was shocked they only scored 3.

True they can but usually they'll just take it at the 35. But I guess if they start figuring that you're doing it on purpose they might start making you kick it over.
Or you could just kick onside kicks every time and see how many extra possessions you can get. He already goes for 2 every time
