Right , Well ether the East is even more weak that ever or Tarboro is even better than they've ever been.
I am too I just hope Corvian plays good and keeps it somewhat competitive it will be tough.
I really thought MH would have pulled this off offensively, I knew defensively they wouldn’t be able to hold Corvian like MA but MH seemed to have a better ran offense than everyone in the 1A West.
From what I have read it appears 2nd Corinthians has been the beneficiary of quite a few gifts two of the last three games. Whether those were created or self inflicted depends on your point of view. That team did win those games however. That’s all that matters.

End of the first half could have easily been 14-0 Heritage If Heritage didn't fumble and a questionable td call went our way seconds before halftime, start of the second half got the ball on Heritage 40 after a poor kick and a late hit and later we had them 3rd and 20 and they scored on a 40 yard scramble, last td they had we just look wore down one of our best d linemen got hurt and was out some in the second half and our 3 back was playing with a broke big toe all that to say if it's and buts were candy and nuts we'd all have a merry Christmas lol
HS RULES NEED TO IMPLEMENT VIDEO REVIEW BY A REF TO BE USED IN GAME OPTION., REFS ARE HUMAN AND NOTORIOUS FOR NOT BEING IN POSITION TO MAKE A CORRECT CALL. IT DOES SEEM THAT REFS ALWAYS LOOK AT ANOTHER REF IN AREA TO HELP MAKE A CALL BY ONLY LOOKING AT THEM TO SEE IF THEY SAW ANYTHING DIFFERENT…VIDEO REVIEW NEEDS TO BE IMPLEMENTED!
ALOT OF TIME AND WORK GO INTO THIS SPORT TO ONLY GET A REF MAKE A MISTAKE THAT CAN COST A CHAMPIONSHIP TO A SCHOOL!
That may extend a game by 30 minutes or more with all the penalties in some games.
Mountain Heritage should have not let Corvian drive 97 yards at end of the first half. They didn't put pressure on the QB
I actually left Pittsburgh at 4 AM and I’m now at bob Evans in WV. Never ate here and I’m picky about gravy so I didn’t get that but it’s definitely my go to. I love biscuits and gravy. It’s the breakfast of the south. Have fun hunting!!

Always thought it was fake and acting and stopped watching it back in the 1970s. But I am smart enough that video reviews for high school football are not a good thing for high school. These Refs are not pro and no one will want a game stopped for a review every 5 minutes and set in 30 degree weather 30 plus extra minutes.
TD is not wrong. It’s not logistically feasible for I would say all high schools to provide instant replay capability for any sport. No one has ESPN coverage and occasionally even they don’t have the angle to overturn a referee’s call.
By the way I don’t watch wrestling since Ricky Steamboat retired 😂

If you feel the refs need to improve, come join us! Our numbers are declining to the point that there are going to be crews of 4 (instead of 5, or 7 as in advanced round playoffs) working games, which increases the odds of not having someone in position for a crucial call. I'm not being a smart-aleck, either...we need folks who want to make things better!!!

Even with the fumbles you still have opportunity to stop them on D. Cougars couldn't stop Corvians offense they could scored again at ed of game.
I mean they were driving but the game was already over at that point kids were hugging each other lol
