Clinton vs North Lenoir Rd 1

I don't want to say very much. Just very disappointed in the Horses last night! But, they won! It will be better next week. Trust me!

Its the playoffs survive and advance for any other school a 36-13 win is great just goes to show the high standard we are accustomed too still saw alot of good in the 2nd half defense didnt allow anymore points....Kris Williams 3 INTs and us passing the ball....im more and more confident in the passing game.....i think Murphy will make a pretty solid college wideout since he doesnt have the size to play DE or OLB at the next level unless he gaines about 20-30 pounds

Total off subject but just something that has bothered me for about 3-4 years now yall ever notice especially at home games how the team vomes out....i mean they run thru the helmet yellow smoke pouring band fight song playing crowd cheering and they just run out there get to the sideline and just kinda stand around.....i remember 2005-2006 we would run out and get to the sideline and huddle up jump around pile up and get one more yell in we were hype.....as a former player i hate the lack of energy when they first take the field......think my uncle has a old video of us taking the field....ok rant over nothing serious just something i noticed throughout my time being back
Times change, that was 10 years ago, young people are different now, to many things stimulate them you didn't have 10 years ago. I remember when we bought the helmet kind of honoring that 2005-2006 team, it was a big deal, Now pardon the pun "its old hat"

Personally, I agree with this weeks POG, but would have liked to see Prentice Murphy named co-player of the game. He showed up on both sides of the ball tonight.

I can see Prentice playing WR at the next level has the speed size and hands.....always thought if he was 2-3 inches taller and about 20-30 pounds heavier he would be a D1 DE or OLB

It doesn't really matter that North Lenoir jumped out to an early lead on Clinton. What I look for is how Clinton responds to playing from behind, as they have never had to play from behind this year. They adjusted after the half and really shut the Hawks down offensively. If what North Lenoir did to them doesn't light a fire in their belly, I don't know what will.

Shelby is bigger than us on the OLine. Offensive schemes are way different. Both defenses look good. Assuming Shelby has more depth. Both teams are good. Shelby the best until someone de-throwns them from the top of the mountain.

I agree DH04. No doubt Shelby can pass the ball, but looks like the offense spreads the defense out, then they run it down their throats. Great videos!
