Does anyone have an idea as to what kind of seeding the ECC teams are looking at. Would a 1st place conference finish get a #4 seed and a last place get a #14?

No way of knowing until all the games have been played Friday conf champ would be seeded along with the other conf champs in 2A i would expect the ECC champ to possibly be around a 4-6 seed.....only thing certain is 2 top teams have automatic bids next 2 wildcards and maybe 1 more at large bid which probably going be Goldsboro....Midway and Spring Creek dribble dribble dribble

JK more than likely will get a 12 or 13 IMO.

I know it's playoffs and every team is good, but looking at Dixon's schedule, they've lost to Wallace and James Kenan. But yes, I hope Clinton gets past the 3rd round hump.

Its the 4th round hump thats the biggest for both mens and womens teams...boys have been to the 4th round before but usual run into teams like Dixon,First Flight,Carrboro,Washington and come up short hopefully this year Brad Spell & company get over that starting tonight.....but enough bout soccer before someone complains we talking bout it on a football forum......but Clinton athletics has been blessed the last couple years to excell in multiple sports....matter of time before State championships are won in other sports.....definitely not just a football school

Now I see the last rain shower they calling for is around 2pm, so we'll probably have wet field condition in our area, but mostly cloudy by game time. It is just a weather forecast, so ya never know.

Well i had to watch the Panthers get murdered in Primetime last night so i need Clinton to restore my faith and love in the sport of football........didnt even feel like talking football after that whooping last night

SN: congrats to Brad Spell in the soccer team huge win yesterday now they play vs East Duplin in round 4....those matchups are always mental games cause they already beat ED twice this year so now you hope they dont come into the game too complacent.....hope they are able to get over that 4th round hump and make it to the regional final...think that would be the first time ever if im not mistaken

Clinton JV 36 James Kenan JV 16.......JV finishes 5-4 overall 2nd place in the ECC....room for improvement but solid showing for the young Horses.

Jalen was in uniform last week, just never went in. So may be hard to tell till first offensive series.

Hour from kickoff its 64 degrees and cloudy perfect weather for some football so JK's air raid should be on full force im not seeing any rain in the area

Pressure the QB make him uncomfortable and just play man defense in the secondary stop with the zone like a former Clinton coach said thats just not a good look...only DB that needs to be playing any type of zone is the deep safety playing middle.of the field......if you worried about QB scrambles against that man defense have Cruise or Kaba spy the QB

Exactly!!!! And he's 5'11, he's not going to see over our D line. One would think that either Kaba or Cruse would be assigned to spy, but who knows.

Pretty cool gesture all the senior football players have individual pictures along side the homeside fence pretty nice for the families to see take pictures with....think they did something similar to that last year aswell

That's great! Many schools up here in Wake do that as well.
