Congrats to Clinton girls soccer for the first time in school history making it to the State Championship game. For years they have produced some quality teams just couldn’t get over that 4th and 5th round hump but finally earlier this evening secured their first Eastern Championship with a 3-1 win over East Carteret. Lady Darkhorses will take on undefeated Wheatmore in 2A championship at WakeMed soccer complex in Cary either Friday or Saturday TBD.
