You can’t come out flat against anyone in the Playoffs but you guys will be fine. Eastern has a few athletes to look out for such as number 11 Steven Murray, Rutgers commit. The problem is they are starting a sophomore QB so I don’t think they’ll be much of a threat offensively or be able to get him the ball much and I like Crest secondary. It is noteworthy, Dudley rested a few OL and one of their top WRs against them. I believe the difference in the game will be the Rb for Crest and Utilizing the QBs legs. Eastern will be a similar match up to Oak Grove in round 2. Crest should win both. Crest controls their own destiny in that bottom half of the bracket, even against Hickory.
Thank you. You said it like it should be said. People bloviate about this and that mostly scared to say how it is. Not me. So I say it again.
If Crest loses to EG at home in the first round. That would be a complete JOKE.

It will come down to offensive play calling for Crest. There’s a lot to like about Crest. 2 points away from being an undefeated team. You guys will not face a better defense than what you’ve just seen against KM on that bottom half. The stronger defensive teams JM,KM, West Charlotte and Dudley are all on the top half. I’m sure you want the rematch against South Point and Hickory will not be able to stop Carson. One game at a time but you have to feel good about your chances. Last years path was harder as a 1 seed which is interesting.
I'm in no way saying Crest can't be beaten. We've gave 2 away already. I'm just saying Eastern Guilford beats us at home in the first round with the talent we put on the field then that would be extremely and I mean extremely disappointing.
I do like our draw way better than last year. I mean that top half is LOADED. I got loads of respect for Hickory and if we make it to them it should be a great game between to really good teams. South Point... I hope they get SOME..
Nobody's is saying it wouldn't. And yes we should win. All I said was they are a good team and if we're not focused on them or looking ahead to other matchups we'll get beat. Same way with anybody in the playoffs. You're not just going to tee the ball up and go through the motions and beat good teams this time of year just because you're supposed to win.

Crest by 14+ and that may be a stretch (should be more). Crest has to keep their foot on the gas regardless of the score at halftime. Don't beat them up, finish them. It is playoff time. There are no friends outside those County lines.
Yeah. They must be destroyed. If the foot gets taken off that'd be inept at this point. I mean, folks can get mad at me and I DO NOT care. We've been playing ball a different way at Crest for a long time.

Guilford County has 5 Teams with High Point Christian (Priv), Grimsley(4a), Northern Guilford(4a), Northwest Guilford(4a) and Dudley(3a) playing at Home. Plus 8 more teams making the playoffs Western Guilford(4a), Southeast Guilford(4a) Eastern Guilford(3a), Ragsdale(4a) ,Page(4a), Northeast Guilford(3a) and High Point Andrews(2a). 12 of the 15 Schools with a Football Program made the playoffs. Have a seat!!!

Looks like Dudleys line is huge but slow. They got athletes everywhere though.
Yall should be fine. Oak Grove isn't world beaters either. Barring a collapse yall should in Hickory in a couple weeks.
