Cleveland County

For anyone that is interested, the battle of Cleveland Youth Football is happening today at Kings Mtn High School. This is for youth football supremacy in the county. Both of these organizations are solid. The Cleveland County Seminoles vs Kings Mountain Elite in all divisions. Many players on this year’s Burns Middle School Championship team are former Cleveland County Seminoles. The Cleveland County Seminoles have been a pipeline for Crest and Shelby at different times during their existence. Come out and see the future of Cleveland County football!

So if SP holds serve next week in Dallas, they will be your 3A Big South Chaps. After shooting them selves in the foot last week at Ashbrook, I didn’t think that would be the case. Thank you Kings Mountain for the needed assistance last night I’m sure the team appreciates it.

Conference finish and playoff seeding is different. Conference Champs get seeded by rpi. Then everyone else by rpi.
I thought the 2 seeds were seeded after con champs based on RPI, then everyone after that are wildcards and placed by RPI. So you need the con finish for 2nd too.

That's why Ashbrook could be seeded higher than KM if neither are the 2 seed from Big South. They would be seeded as wildcards and right now Ashbrook has the higher RPI.

I believe there RPI is higher because they have played Crest and we haven’t so hopefully that will change after this week.

Can someone tell me how Ashbrook is ahead of KM in the updated projected 3a brackets today.
Ashbrook has played one more game than Kings Mountain. They are getting the benefit of having seven wins versus our six wins. It should balance out in the end. Win or lose our RPI will rise after the Crest game because of Crest’s record. It will rise much higher with a win of course. We also still have Notth Gaston left.

Number 2 seeds in a conference are seeded with everyone else that's not a conference champion based on rpi.

Ex. A 5th place conference(team A) finisher could have a higher seed than a 2nd place finisher (team B) in another conference if team A rpi is higher than team B

Number 2s are given an automatic bid but they are seeded with all wild cards based on RPI. So KM could get the auto bid as the 2nd place finisher, but Ashbrook be seeded higher if they had a better RPI hypothetically.

Kings Mountain Elite was victorious in all four matchups with the Cleveland County Seminoles for anyone that’s interested. Love watching these kids grow up and develop. Crest, Shelby, Burns, KM, Ashbrook, Huss, Forestview, Stuart Cramer, and Bessemer City all have players who came through the Kings Mtn Elite program.

Please go back and read post number 3. LOL
Ok. We were talking about this year Sir. But I did go back and read it and I fixed it. We were just launching this thing and we wanted you Shelby fans to join us.

But, as an olive branch. I fixed it. I left what you typed for the whole world to read forever.

Well considering the vast majority of that fanbase is like myself "morbidly obese" which you MUST take into account the following applies

Its supposed to hold around 7,000 I would imagine, however by DOT and OSHA load bearing standards and the girth and enormity of the "stable dwellers" only about 2,000 are allowed at any given time...

Now you all from the Sandlapper state or whatever its called, have much less teeth than most of the rest of society, this coupled with the fact that your roads are so horrendous the drive up is like a Cross fit workout, you expend roughly 20,000 calories driving up... So we can effectively add another 2,000 of yall to the mix since your weight to tooth ratio is so low...

So Id say without being shut down by DOT, OSHA, EPA, CIA and lower McAdenville authorities there should roughly be 4,000 in the stands next friday.. The rest will have to stand whilst grazing on their street tacos and fried bologna sandwiches...

Glad to have helped
Looking back I found this gem., someone was asking how many fans the Crest stands hold..... I didnt remember this one, but the tooth to weight ratio had me rolling..... Yeah I made myself laugh, sorry

Me too man. We get after it a little but it’s been respectable as well.
Like I said a few weeks ago. Just being who I am today in the real world and not trying to be old school has been fun. I’m a married man who has 3 great kids and I like to laugh on here but it’s not going to be at the expense of trying to piss off guys I know are genuinely good humans. Just not worth all that. I still hate all the county schools besides Burns but only in the way I should.

Will Shelby and Burns pick up another game the last week? Wouldn't hurt to get more game reps against competition considering their conference. I ask because from my understanding, teams that played the week of the storm are eligible for an extra game.
