Kicking team A has the kicked block by team B, the ball never crossed the LOS and team B gains any amount of yardage. Why would it now be First down from team A LOS? Saw it happened last week. Next is why, when no whistle blows a.play dead, how can they take away a score but also mark the ball.

I know Friday ACR blocked a FG and the ball never crossed the LOS, we picked it up and returned for a TD.

I am assuming you are talking about a field goal. You need to think of a field goal the same way you think of a punt. If it does not cross the goal line it is a live ball and can be advanced by the receiving team. Actually a field goal or punt blocked behind the LOS, the kicking team can do anything they did the first time the second time. Run it for a first Down or score, pass it for a first down or touchdow. if they have time they can tee it back up and kick it again.

Whistle does not kill the play, the players momentum stopped or down by contact ends the play. Whistle just signals the play is over.
