Congratulations to rising junior linebacker Andrew Leota for picking up a big football scholarship offer today. Virginia Tech is a huge college to have as your first scholarship offer. I said in 2014 that he would most likely be the mountains most heavily recruited player, like his brother, by the time he was a senior. Looking forward to seeing him play the next couple of years

6'3 220lbs I can see him adding another 20 his senior year next year. He's growning fast. I believe he was listed at 200 last year and like 185/190 his freshman year, I could be wrong.
He's started every game on varsity since he got to Asheville high. I don't know of anyone who has ever done that
Started DE as a freshman. He was the one sacked Damien for a safety two years back at yalls place if you remember that game
That was Jose Daniels although Leota did sack him as a freshman in that same game
I think there are a couple more coming up. I heard there was 5 of themI didn't realize there were two of them. Hopefully there is not a 3rd....
