AC Reynolds Jamboree

Number 10 is also our best TB, and he is going to play there to get him more touches. As a WR he would only get 5-10 touches tops, he will get 20+ as a TB. As for the QB, he is playing WR AND QB both this year. We have a very good passing QB that's a junior and he will get lots of QB reps this year. As for the injuries one is a slight concussion, the QB, and number 10 hyperextended his knee and no damage to knee was done. Both will sit out next scrimmage and be ready for the first game.
If K. Robinson plays RB the only touches he will get is will be on the bench because mark my words he will get injured. I say again, he is not physically built to withstand the punishment that a running back has to take. He can't make a living running between tackles. He is injury prone anyway. He missed his sophomore year with leg injuries. ACR is going to have to live by the pass this year. I had rather he have 5-10 touches and stay healthy than to see him go down with a injury. Another point if he plays RB it will hurt his chances of playing at the next level. He needs to play where he excels and that is not at RB. ACR has the two top rushers from last year's JV team one ran for over a 1000 yards. I think that is a better option for the long hall. A key decision of a head coach is where to play his players I hope the decision to use K. Robinson at RB is looked at again!!!

Sounds to me like AHS fans feel they should have walked the dog on Murphy. And thoughts of gloom and doom when they didnt? I remember Murphy being more than competitive with the Asheville teams during those years when AHS DID have all of that talent . Maybe Murphy deserves some respect as an equal in WNC to ANYBODY. PHS will play Murphy in the first game at WCU. We will see how that goes. Unless I miss my guess we Murphy will be more than competitive in that match up as well. AS for Asheville, I feel they will be hard to beat, just like always. Projects or no projects.

That is hard to tell because they do not play any teams around here that are good. Murphy very well might beat them on occasion like they did 17 years ago but how do we know? Would be fun to see a Murphy vs ACR series as well.

According to someone very close to this situation, # 10 for ACR has a knee injury and is out indefinitely. I hate it for the player. He is a very good player.

Most of Asheville's talent every year comes from the projects and that probably hasn't changed much. I honestly think they will be just fine. They still have plenty of talent.
"The Projects"... Dude every team in Asheville gets kids from "The Projects". T.C, AC Reynolds pulls kids from shiloh area. Erwin pulls kids from Dearview area. So make Asheville sound like a team built from a hard background only. Is a ridiculous statement.

He didn't say that. He simply stated fact. Asheville has always gotten kids from Hillcrest, PVA, Livingston and so on. It's not racist to say that, it's simply a fact. As long as those housing areas continue to exist, so will young families and school aged kids.

Does everything have to be about race? I just said the bulk of Asheville's talent came from certain areas over the years. I didn't say all of their talent. Get over yourself man.
