Reagan was a young team last year( 4-7) and the defense really struggled. However, they did beat Marvin Ridge last year(Correction the lost to Marvin Ridge 42-27) but had a bad year according to their standards. Reagan's RB transferred to East Forsyth but I hear they have a young RB who is really talented....Reagan's QB is real nice and has a choice to play Baseball or Football in college. It's looking like baseball but he's a great QB. At one time, he was contemplating on maybe just one sport "baseball".

I have no clue about Marvin Ridge team who was 6-5 last year.

East Forsyth blew Heritage away last year and I expect the same this year. East was young last year and still went pretty far, they are absolutely loaded.

Heritage is usually a pretty good football team except for last year. I have no clue what they have..

Can’t believe how times flies when you get older! Another season opener already. Might be some growing pains for the Panthers this year! (Limited updates)

Next Thursday Aug 22 Weddington opens up with Providence Day at Bank of America Stadium at 8pm. Providence Day won over Trinity Christian 55-8. Both teams are loaded.. Get the popcorn ready.
Any thoughts and who do you have.

Last year Salisbury won over ND 42-0 but Salisbury was loaded and North Davidson was down. This year Salisbury will have lot of holes to fill. Not sure what ND brings back. It will be a wait and see to see how each team will look. Any thoughts on this game.

This game against South Davidson and JM will be a very physical game. Both teams been going back and forth over social media about what will happen in the contest at South Davidson at 7:30 Friday. The new coach for JM has bought a different culture to jm. They are big across the defensive line with size at linebacker unlike last year. If Jm can finally control that offensive line with smash mouth football like I'm hearing with a very optimistic secondary watch out. They have a Swiss army knife that will play the whole game. Watch out!! Them JM glory days might be back sooner then later.

Seen a lot of good things with the Stallions this offseason. Hope they carry it into Friday Night.

Granville Central (Stem, NC) has canceled its Varsity and JV football season. Granville Central is a member of the 2A/3A Northern Lakes Conference.

52-0 first half. That was not anything like I had expected. I was quietly confident we would look good going into tonight…. But lord that wasn’t on my radar.


Will be interesting to see if we can carry over that performance on the road at Reagan next week

Big game coming up. Last year AC won over Statesville 13-6. From what I’m hearing Statesville will be solid this year. This may be a good gauge for Statesville. Also Alexander Central has new turf. What does AC have returning. Any thoughts on this game.

What do you guys think? Can freedom contain Bunker Hill RB Willis tonight if so they might be able to pull it off. I’m still picking BH Willis is one of the best backs in this area that I’ve seen.

1st game at Bank of America Stadium starting at 4pm on Aug 22 ( Thursday) will be Myers Park n Independence. Im hearing good things about Independence but what does Myers Park have. Any thoughts on this game.
