First year coach at SL is struggling to move the ball on offense, and their defense isn't stopping anyone. The Stallions are in similar state, as they have only won one game on the season. SWO gets their first conference win of the season 41-12 over the Blue Devils.
North Lenoir @ East Duplin
NL coming into this game after upsetting (19)WRH in Lagrange last week 18-15. The Hawks has turned their season around after an 0-3 start. ED comes into this game after a bye, and it's going to be interesting to see how the Panthers respond after their loss to Kinston 52-22 two weeks ago. The Hawks has proved me wrong these last three weeks, so it's difficult for me to pick against them again. But I think the Panthers will come out clicking on offense and will overwhelm the Hawks 38-16

The red hot Vikings is on a five game winning streak, and is undefeated at the top of the ECC. Their halftime adjustments has been the difference during this winning streak, especially on defense. JK comes into this game destroying anyone, and anything that's in their way. This game will be a mid-season exam for the Tigers 🐅. Whose defense will take control of the game will be key. Somebody's conference 0 has to go! I think the Tigers will ace this exam 35-6.

Davie is the best. Hands down.

I have just received word that Carver has made a HC coaching change effective immediately. CORNELIUS HOLMES will now be the new Interim HC for the remainder of the season and possibly beyond. Funny that he wasn't even on the current football staff for this season. Odd timing for a change during the middle of the season. Administration felt it was time for a change. They stated that the former HC was losing the team along with losing games. He might have gotten a raw deal in this situation.

Tonight’s episode we did things a little different we had a couple special guest cmon and share some knowledge about recruiting. Ridge and Lamar Boykin are a father son duo who run a recruiting agency called “Star Recruits” helps parents and athletes navigate thru the process they share a lot of information and insights into their program. Also we had Union Coach Mark Oates on and with 30+ years of coaching multiple sports has a lot of experience in the process and gave a lot of great tips on the process aswell. Forest Hills has picked Monroe off twice and recovered a fumble and has done nothing with it. Starting QB for FH injured at end of half and taken off on a cart. Also as usual someone from Monroe trying to start a fight on our side. Never fails. Only game this ever happens. Looks like someone cuffed and headed to jail. What's wrong with people.

It's gotten worse. Behind our grandstands. Another altercation. Man trying to attack cops. Not sure what's going on. He's going to jail. It looks like.

Tony George will be missed by so many. He was a football and basketball coach at Mount Airy for many years and a graduate of Mount Airy High. I think he coached or was at Starmount for a while and a Principal at several schools. Tony was an amazing man and he left us so young but he got his wings Friday.
