Lets set last year straight. Adams had one big pass play other than that we shut him down. He spent all night chasing Mason down the field. If that is what you call making a game of it then oh well. For the record Adams is an outstanding player and even a better person.

People need to remember last season when a Hertford County Bears team came into the pound and walked away with a win in the playoffs. Wrh is vulnerable to taking an L at home. I like the Dogs to win but they can’t turn the ball over like they did last week. Survive and advance. Many of the Dog faithful had given up hope a few weeks back, now they’ve been blessed with new life thanks to the coaching of Motsinger and company. Same can be said for East Duplin.

We not scared like you all cry having to play flatlanders and we will do fine cause we are junior heavy and our defense is as good as last year and will be even better next year. So if you think we gonna be crying on 3a board you are crazy. Flatlanders don’t cry they kick mountain ass so come on over

This time of year is hard to beat. Deer hunting and high school football.

A little windy this morning but I am sitting in a ground blind hoping a mature, blind, nasal congested buck ambles by. Been an unusual year - vary warm and lots of small bucks but very few does.

While I’m waiting for that buck I am getting ready for the next round of high school football My team is preparing for basketball season but there still many good matchups to consider.

I am losing confidence every day, so any hunters out there - tell me a good story!!!
