With two games left of the season, there is no clear cut winner of the ECC. Both Croatan and East Duplin sit undefeated (3-0) in conference play and North Brunswick and Northside Jax have dropped one game (2-1).
East Duplin's remaining schedule consists of: Home vs. Croatan on October 30th and AT North Brunswick on November 6th.
Croatan's remaining schedule: AT East Duplin on Oct 30th and AT Dixon on Nov 6th
North Brunswick:Home vs. Northside-Jax on Oct 30th and Home vs. East Duplin on Nov 6th
Northside Jax: AT North Brunswick on Oct 30th and Home vs. SWO on Nov 6th
I think the winner of the conference is decided in Beulaville this week. But then again, North Brunswick has two home games to close out the season. I'd really like to say my Panthers win out and take the conference, but that's gonna be a tough one. If Croatan wins Friday night, it should be a cake walk to the title. Hmm that's interesting, when's the last time Croatan won a conference title in football?
So the question remains, who takes the ECC title this year???
