No disrespect for West, im sure there fine fb team. But lets remember what athlete to Athlete means and what will happen with tgat kinda match up
Shelby wins this by whatever you want. West will try to run the ball inside the tackles and manage the clock.

Ok guys lets not speculate here. Every team has individuals that plays dirty at some point. There is a difference between dirty play and personal. Cant speak for everyone on the team but i know the majority of the team are good kids. No stereo typing because of one bad apple. you cant conrol the actions of every player on the team. I hope that kind of talk doesnt happen and if it does hopefully its overheard by an official and that individual is ejected. Lets not start speculation and a hostile enviroment before the game even starts. Once again good luck to Shelby and hope everyone has a safe game tonight.
Not speculating just speaking off past experiences. I do agree this group at West are a bunch of good kids but I will say a couple of our players said that some things were said and some extra activity took place when we played this season. But that was in a high emotional environment.
I agree wolf and you are probably right as well as with us. I know half the kids on your lincolnton football team due to coaching baseball, basketball, football and not to mention two of your star players are transfers from west lincoln. Emotions are gonna fly and i know for a fact there are some bad apples on that team as well as West. Social Media dont lie. Bottom line is emotions flare tempurs get elevated which isnt an excuse but they are still kids and dont have the self control that us adults have. hopefully the officials do thier job and we wont have those issues.
Alot of times the officials not doing there jobs can elevate tempurs in a game. I have yelled from the sidelines a many times. Once this year and for the life of me i cant remember who it was against there were no calls going either way and you could see the emotions elevating on each side of the ball and im screaming at the officials that he better do someting quick or its gonna get out of control on both sides. 90 percent of the fights and name calling eventually boil down to the officials not doing thier jobs (making bad calls, bad ball spots, not stepping in soon enough).
Great to get the win , but thought we were flat amd didnt play well.
Bess throws were way off. Our D line was weak in middle. We will need to look at things and get worked out before we play Ashe Co. Who won big.

West Lincoln played very well. The officials were horrible. I thought our guys played hard and did enough to win but that’s about it. Offense was off and defense had trouble again with misdirection plays. Having 34 yards rushing is very concerning against a team with fewer athletes.
Congratulations on your win Shelby. Good luck with the rest of your season. We tried to bring out A game and I feel like we brought a tough game for you guys. Scoreboard doesn't reflect in my opinion how hard we fought. I'm glad we got a chance to play one of the best. Hats off.
According to some nay Sayers we didn't deserve to be where we were but damnit this was a good team and I'm proud

WL should have been seeded higher. Their kids played hard.Sure looks like your conference was tougher than people gave it credit for.
They are a bunch of complainers. I never remember them being that bad in the past but this year it was awful.
