For years now Onslow county has put on the ECI in July (East Coast Invitational) for boys basketball. For the first time, the girls will be offering the same experience. A 16 team pool play into a single elimination tournament will be offered July 29, 30, 31 at Northside (Jax) and Jacksonville Commons Middle School. Guaranteed 4 games with a possibility of 7.
