Didn’t a bad Kinston team almost beat y’all and Wallace? In all honestly Kinston wasn’t anything like I expected?
Let me guess, yalls special teams or the refs kept them in the game too, right?
The o line was all over the place last year because we had to adjust the back field a lot. We ended up having 77, 58, 61, 64, 56, 55, 50, and the tight ends were 9 and 40 all of which were above 6 foot and the lightest was 9 being about 220.
Look I like whiteville, but let’s not get big headed lol. We got 2 td called back. Fumbled in the red zone. And had you guys locked down before everyone and their grandma on the jk side started to cramp.
Boo boos happen 🤷🏾♂️a fumble on the 1 and kneeling the ball on the 4 yard line makes games close like 28-25 without them boo boos the score is easily 42-21 and that guy who fumbled didn’t touch the football for the rest of the year after that and tbh Wallace and jk is on the same skill level I said this before this JK team wasn’t even hyped or expected to be 9-0 going into Wallace we lost 15+ seniors

Northeastern will probably be the favorite and should be. If I had to put money on it I'd take North. But I think highly of both of the Price's coaching abilities and they can give their team a shot at it.
Northeastern was able to beat a one dimensional James Kenan team but it took two onside kicks to create separation.
( JK posters - there are 3 phases to the game and Coach Moore caught you off guard). Lesson learned.
I think Whiteville may be able to throw a little better than James Kenan, at least according to loveboat. If so, adjustments to slow the run game will be more difficult to make.

For some reason this match up reminds me of the Pack going to Fuqua-Varina way back in the 80’s we had a good team but I think they were favored. One of our backs rushed for close to 300 yds I think. Buck remember that game?
1981. FV rush defense had not given up over 80 yds in any game all season. Terry Paige rushed for over 300 and 4 tds. My brother lived in FV and he had ragged me all week about how they would stuff our run game! lol! His father in law was the president of their boosters club, said that night and MR Paige to this day live In infamy! That next week WRAL flew and landed at the high school and made a presentation to hm!
Terry Paige was one of the best backs I've ever seen come out of Whiteville. Still have fond memories of the 1965 team's full house backfield of Charlie Ripple, James Smith, and Ed White.
Got to be a tight game. Whiteville will run the Wing t to perfection. Joey will have a better idea how to defend NE offense. Clearly NE got speed over Whiteville. I really like NE defense 34-28 🦅
Close like last season imo, this game makes me more nervous than any since Rose.
Eagles will utilize their speed once again. Whiteville has the long ride, its hard to focus up the boys after a multi hour bus ride.
I think Whiteville is a great team and if it were at their place it would be a coin flip kind of game, but is the NHS stadium, give me the Eagles 41-28. Home field when you have a 3 hour drive is soooo big.
Jones, Harney, Saunders, Mallory, and Simpson are just too much offense. Jones with 2 Passing TDs and the combined rush with 4 on the ground.
That stout defense is ready to roll and will prove once again that the Eagles can make the adjustments needed. I think the Eagles and their 20+ hungry seniors punch their ticket to a Monroe Matchup in the State Championship.

We've done it numerous times, but don't be surprised if Whiteville has more fans at this game than NE does. Look out Elizabeth City the Pack will be growling and howling all the way to town!
Don't kid yourself into thinking the Pack is slow, if you do you will be surprised.
Oh I don't think they are slow by any means. I just know after you have been crammed on a bus and then it's 30ish degrees it's a lot to take in. Don't think the boys or anyone at NHS are underestimating the Pack. They would not be in the Regional final if they were not a great team.

Saw them last year, I understand they may have more team speed but we aren't slow and I bet our O line is superior to your D Line. We will see. #3 for us should be able to stay with anyone on your team, he has elite speed, and #4 will be able to cover the other guy in most cases look for some interceptions if you throw to the receivers covered by them repeatedly.
You HOPE your OL will be superior which I doubt from seeing you on YouTube and the network. Also you said 2 guys covering but NE has MULTIPLE guys that can fly!!!
I just hate how biased people be on these boards. You lost nearly 20 seniors and NE brought everyone back and added more. How can you say NE cant do this or do that and say the last time you saw them was in 2023.
