It's going to be tough for me.Ive seen both teams in person alot this season. Both teams have guys that can play both sides of the ball. I may just break down each aspect of the game and see which team has the advantage in each category and make a prediction off that.
Man I'm proud of West Craven! They have gotten better each week and those kids are playing exceptionally well right now!
Hey Bud, this NE team with 5'6 Hodge behind center is playing extremely well. Maybe better than we did in our first 4 games. Also keep in mind that we played swo without 2 of our best players. They will both return for SWE

Don't be fooled...just because both teams have SW in their names doesn't mean they are the same team. SWE is going to be a team like yall haven't faced this season. As good as Hodge is, I saw SWE send home 1 of the best talents under center I've ever seen in high school football. This will be the best offensive line and defensive line NE has seen all year. It will make Conley and Rocky Mount look pedestrian. They have fast and powerful RBs. #6 is faster than the Edenton kid. #5 is a monster that can blow the dline up. These are the types of backs that have given NE fits this season and none of those teams run the ball like SWE does. I been warning the small 2A about this team all season now they are putting this bracket on notice. Best way to describe them is Havelock with a better oline. They also have #11 Porter @ 6'5" that grabs the ball out of the sky. I have yet to see a team have answer for him. Not even Tarboro.

Im on the Northeastern train!!! SWE will most likely be our toughest test. Gtd no smack talk from me this week. Im not necessarily agreeing with Bud this time. I believe in what I'm hearing from the one who knows our team best. I will not make any predictions until Wednesday. There is a lot going on within our program at the moment that could possibly have negative affects. On the other hand it could be just the opposite. Fingers crossed, Chaminade
Yeah, I've seen SWE lose to QBs with much less talent than Moss. His receivers had some drops but SWE did a great job of limiting his playmaking ability. That showed me they have gotten over that hump. Lol
The fun thing about the game next week is that both teams find themselves in a similar situation when it comes to chasing that elusive title. Both teams have been so close and been so dominate for so many years. We are about to find out which team wants it more!
We can't forget about our kicker. A poster up here said he's the best player on our team. Possibly, SWO didn't get much of a chance at returning kickoffs. Almost everyone went into the endzone. This is the one and only time he had an opportunity to punt in the game. Check it out
I will always thumb up a mention of the NE kicker from Goobs lol. I just knew there was no way Hodge was getting a post and not the kicker lol
Hate to say this was SWO. Next year we should be in better shape, but a average team this year. When we almost lost to Richland's any hopes were gone. Another great year, and another year with winning record, overall good year for Stallions.

I just want to let the SWO posters know that #70 for the Stallions really stood out to me. He was one heck of a player but aside from that I noticed on a few occasions after he tackled our players he almost always helped them up. What a great gesture, you don't see that very often. I came away very impressed by his actions towards our kids.
Your QB is the real deal. Our DBs got the snot beat out of em. A very well coached, disciplined group of players. You wore us down and then just plain wore us out. The defense was quick and handled our line well. Should be a good game for you this Friday. Are you planning on making the trip ?? Hope all went well sitting on the SWO side, if your did. I have watched the highlights, but they were only of SWO, and not enough ..... LOL. Good luck and I think you will make the trip to Clinton. Then you will see what a ride we had. From the looks of em SWE does all things very well.

Yes sir I'm going to Pinetops. Yes sir our backup qb has been playing well. We should have Freshwater back also. Our qb will definitely be back. Dixon beat a very food First Flight team.
Um...he is a Whiteville fan...sooo... he wasn't the best... but....he could have a claim he was beaten by the best lol
Yep, concussion protocol. We were without our best two offensive players and our safety on defense. NE was without two top players, too.
