Stuart Cramer HC Position Open

Id like to know what was behind it. From my understanding it came from the county and not the ad or the principal. Now who's going to end up there?

So with the public school system they can't fire him from his teaching
Does appear to be a county move. He will remain at the school thus far it appears.
My problem is the silence of why. Gaston county has never fired a coach for wins and loses at least not to my knowledge. Our other county coaches don't feel safe in their jobs if the superintendent can come out of the blue and dismiss you for what appears to be on the field production.

I'm sure we haven't heard the end of it. For the County to initiate the move I would assume it came from a reported issue or handling of a situation.

This is surprising and strange if you go by GC schools historical precedent when it comes to high school sports and coaches. I don’t want to speculate too much on here but I am curious what comes out. I did hear about a couple of things that I thought was unfair to student athletes at Cramer but I thought that came from the county, maybe not. If this truly came from the county out of the blue it going to scare the bejuzes out of potential applicants and also other county coaches.

One guy worked for 12 years with a program and is let go on if what I’m hearing is right is crazy. Guess you can’t discipline players anymore.

Yet, down the road a 22 year old is hired with almost zero experience but the county seems ok with that.

Seems a bit odd, if you ask me.

The way they threw that coach out like yesterday's leftovers is just wild. One minute it's sunny, the next it's snowing! Job security? More like job insecurity! Honestly, firing a coach for some fluke on-field stuff? That’s as rare as finding a decent parking spot at the state fair! This slapdash nonsense could freak out the rest of the coaches, like you just saw Bigfoot in your backyard! The whole idea of swapping a seasoned coach for someone who just got their diploma is like trading a Carolina Panther for a stale corn dog! What’s next, hiring someone off a TikTok? :) Talk about a recruitment strategy, right? If coaches can’t even set rules without sweating bullets, how will the players know what the heck is up? This could turn into a rodeo of chaos instead of a neat little football game!
