SWE98.....Yes he used to do this same silly stuff in "support" of Purnell Swett. He DOES NOT represent Purnell Swett though. Now he's followed the Coach over to Fairmont.....of course he is on the Scotland, Richmond, and whoever else is winning bandwagon as well. He is a piece of work. I just like to call out his ridiculous antics once in a while just to get under his skin. But I truly believe he has been successful in making alot of posters just quit posting on here to avoid him.
Oh. He's one of those huh? All of his favorite teams in sports just so happen to be at the top of the leader board...lol. I never even knew that there was an option to ignore someone until this guy, and I've been up here for years. I've never had a problem with anyone up here, even from those who's teams I I root against, because I generally just go by the numbers and level of competition when I give my reasons why I think a team will lose. I don't think I've ever violated the respect of other posters here. But that guy rubbed me the wrong way, trying to sound all educated and holier than thou when his points and arguments are just so...I don't know what the word is. I brought up numbers for THIS YEAR and his rebuttals were things from previous seasons. Lol. I halfway want to unblock him so I can see what he said to you earlier because all I see is your response, but nahhh...I'm good. I'm just waiting for a "new" poster to chime in just for me. Lol. It's posters like him that are making people leave NCP. All over the other football sites, people are saying that they no longer visit NCP because of behavior such as his.

I am by no means a Southwest Edgecombe fan, but Fairmont you have your hands full Friday night. SWE is tough to beat. Traditionally, they are in no hurry on offense, so expect to them milk the clock when they get the ball. Not sure about their pass defense, but they are great at stopping the run.
And just a little suggestion from a Tarboro fan... the Fairmont fans might want to invest in some ear plugs because their PA Announcer is very obnoxious and unprofessional.

Thank you for the heads up. I can see where you're coming from as I am sure you have watched them play. I have been told about the no hurry offense...seems to be very effective. I know they are a great team and I am very curious how effective we will be up against SWE offense. South Columbus was a game to look forward to. Now we have another great program that is proven to win.
I think I am in the ball park, but what could you possibly tell me about the passing?

Thanks for the words of support. I have you guys beating JK myself. But we have our hands full ourselves because spread teams are out Achilles heel. We have been eliminated the past two seasons by teams that would rather throw the ball than run it. I have no doubt that we can stop their run, and that seems to be ok with them, because with their leading rb having only 580 yards, but their qb having over 3,000 yards thru the air, I would bet the house that they are gonna stick with what they do best, and they do it well. Looking at the the ineptitude of the teams on their schedule, I feel confident in saying that they have never seen a defense like ours, but we could very well have never seen an offense like theirs. I think that we will be able to run well against them and feel like each team MUST score every time they have the ball or risk being doomed. I don't think it will be a comfortable night for either defense.
Now...about our PA announcer. I don't think it's fair to call him unprofessional, less I call yours uninspiring. Different than yours is fair. I've been to Tarboro games in which I felt as if I would be bored to death listening to your announcer, but that's because he calls the game as he sees it, and that's that. Hey, that's fine. Our announcer doesn't hide the fact that he is for SWE. If we do good, he will show his excitement. He roots for the team. He calls the game, and he doesn't hide his enthusiasm for the home team. What's wrong with that? No one says the announcer should be unbiased. We don't sit with our legs crossed, sipping tea, while watching the games down our noses. We are a country school in the middle of nowhere, just waiting on Friday nights so that we can have fun. Home games are an event. There is nothing wrong with our announcer being excitable.

(watching)!!When we played them they were getting 7 yards a carry so they didn't pass much. Their strength is in their running game.
First I would like to say if one poster runs you away from the site then that is a personal issue. We are all adults an have our own views on topics which makes a message board entertaining. Now I'm not supporting the craziness that the swettvictory guy always keeps up. I for one don't understand what he says but at least he post faithfully. You all make ncpreps.com what it is. When you post speak truth an back up your statements with out slandering any one. If ms king bans someone all they will do is creat another account an do the same. If she made the whole site premium where everyone had to pay to post people would be in there feelings. We the staff of ncpreps.com appreciate you all for making our site a daily or weekly stop in your day. We do the best to provide coverage an keep up todate info.
I don't want to make the boards premium but I have considered it because people want to hide behind a screen-name and take cheapshots at coaches, players, and other posters.

Your support is greatly appreciate it. I once had a very selective way to post but I have changed. The only way I go back to the craziness is if someone attacks me. Even the ignore button sometimes can make no difference because some other craziness guy will come right behind the first and post. As you can tell I have been nothing but classy on here and I have been attacked and harassed for no given reason.

I would never hide behind a screen name, especially not multiple ones like others do.
Never taken a cheapshot at a coach, player or other poster.

I am apart of ncpreps.com staff an I support ms king 100%. We want to make the site the best in NC for people to come an discussion topics without any personal drama. High school sports are about kids going out competing an doing something they love. There will be winners an loses its apart of the game. I want posters to speak there mind this isn't the NFL were you will be fined hahahaha. Just think carefully when posting subliminal jabs at people can be taking the wrong way. I cover more basketball than football but have experience in both. I have ton of inside info on programs but as a former coach I would never bash a coach or program in anger. There are ways to express frustration with intelligence. I do it every day at work. You won't always see or feel the same way as the next person. I may not always respond or comment on you all post but you can know that I see every last one. I know which people who post have a sound mind an post with intelligence. Like I stated we appreciate you all without you there would be no ncpreps.com.

None of the games are televised. Games can be heard on radio or online if teams have radio stations to broadcast.
