The only way that I would work youth football at this point is if they lock the stadium and only allow about 3 coaches per team on the sideline. They keep increasing the pay, paying in cash, etc. and I don't care. It is not worth whatever they're paying to give up a good portion of a Saturday to listen to the BS from the parents/fans and second comings of Nick Saban/Bill Belechick/Vince Lombardi.
At some point there might be an awakening and we might grow up and out of this current trend but I'll be too old to participate again.
