Finally the duo of DH04 and DH34 will be calling this game. Ron has a camping meeting in Orlando. Huge sale on tents and sleeping bags.

Lol looking forward to it....Ron will be riding the teacups and going down Splash moutain bout the time we kickoff Friday

Although I’ve seen it rowdy at times, Clinton fans have tendency to sit on their hands till given a reason to cheer. It should be a good crowd. You’ll have no issues with our crowd. Your players have played in front of bigger/rowdier crowds I’d bet. But ours can rock when they want too.
I anticipate a huge crowd with it being Thanksgiving Friday a lot of folks old and young are home for the holidays, the college students are home. The game time is 7:30. Don't judge the size of the crowd at 7:30. Clinton fans have always been a late-arriving crowd for years. Clinton fans never adjusted since they quit having 8 o'clock games ion the 1980's. It sounds like an exaggeration, but by the start of the 2nd qtr, the house will be packed Friday night.

The Clinton-Wallace-Rose Hill rivalry is always like that regardless of the location or record. Its a rivalry but not hatred. More respect because each knows they're going to get the other's best game and it usually can decide a championship in one way or another. The Dogpound is one of my favorite places to see a football game because without a track the fans are right up next to the field.

Stray on over to the home side, say hey to DH34, myself, and Wiz. Wiz will be the biggest dude in the stands. I bet in Wiz’s prime he was one hell of a football player. Dude is like 6’5. LoL

Would you guys be open to meeting up and eating before the game? I see Clinton has a Ribeyes Restaurant. Or anywhere that you prefer. I'll have the day off and can meet up at any time. I do like to get to the stadium at least by 6 so I can watch warmups and try to keep my same routine as a home game. @FB is my Life will be going with me. He was a year ahead of me in high school.

Not 100% sure this is intended for me and/or DH34,wiz or any others but, I’d be willing to meet for dinner. Probably 4:45 or 5 is a safe bet. Ribeyes is not far from stadium. Keep me posted.

Well at my age I try to follow numbers more than names but I'll see how I can do. ( I'll cheat with max preps) #5 Trent Casey Senior at QB his play has gotten better each week and is really playing well now. He can make a lot of good throws. #7 Daquan Shelton is a sophomore rb that has really done well for us this year. He can run through tackles. #1 Ward, Senior reciever good hands. #8 Auther Abrams Senior reciever good hands elusive. Good athlete with the ball in his hands.
On Defense this will be harder for me. They have really carried us this season. Our Seniors that I know of are #4 Shelton Yates. He will also play reciever some on offense. A leader! #34 T. Kearny can play anywhere. He is always around the ball. If you can't see who made the tackle just call his name out. The odds are with you.
We have a lot of youth on our team so I'm excited to see if we can get better next year. Our seniors I named ( sure I missed a couple) have been good coachable kids to set an example for the others. They dont come in with a lot of fanfare but I noticed our bracket has been put together solid. We still have seeds 1,2,3 & 4 playing. That's pretty good.
I've said it before but since we got moved down to 2A our hope has been to be able to compete with the great 2A teams of Duplin, Onslow, and Sampson counties. We don't come into this game with a chip but with respect. We just hope to earn some along the way. Craven County has had some great teams also and we still have all 3 of our teams in the playoffs so I will bring that out. A year ago as I sat in Darkhorse stadium watching your game I would have never believed we would be here 1 year later in the 3rd round. I do not take this for granted.

Actually I never played football though since high school I've always loved it. I did play some basketball but i went to Burlington Williams which was the only school in town (no Cummings) Williams was a large 4A school at the time and our varsity basketball team across the front were like 6'7"; 6'8" and 6'11", they grew them tall up there, and to be perfectly honest I wasn't all that good athletically, i like watching the folks that were. Our son who I think was a very good athlete got that trait from his Moher who was a good basketball player in high school at Midway in the 1960's(before I knew her) In fact here high school basketball team ( I won't say their ages but its easy to calculate roughly) anyway her high school basketball team reorganized themselves after nearly 50 years and entered the NC Senior Games a few years ago and won the silver medal one year and the gold medal the next. It was amazing actually. Fred Holland locally coached them. So now you know the athletic prowess of the Wizard or the lack thereof. But i enjoy the games!

Hey Ribeyes sounds great; good food and a great salad bar, of course, the ribeyes are good but they have other grilled items as well, If you want to be at the stadium by 6 we probably need to meet at Ribeys by or before 5, there won't be a crowd there then so we don't have to rush and it's pretty close to the school 1-2 miles at most maybe just a mile (not good on distances other than 1st down or not)
Anyone else that wants to join us come on down I've got one riding partner that will most likely join us as he mentioned this in a text before my just now getting on NCPrep today.!

I have seen clinton play twice this year NS Jacksonville and Wallace game. I went to the red spring game last week against west craven. Wc is a good team passing game good. Defensive they get to the ball good and tackle. There Qb went down last week #5. #3 came into the game ran ball great at qb. Wc have some athletes but there young. Far as for Clinton the stable is loaded. Very athletic team on both sides of the ball. Clinton 35-21

I don't know about that. he DarkHorses are good but I don't want to embellish it too much. That big back #3 from Beddingrield, Hutcherson, was good, really good.
West craven dont have a back like that. They pass the ball good they have a tall receiver #21 athletic kid.

Trying to see if i can get Coop( Nick Cooper) back to see this team play....hopefully if we can pull it out tomorrow i can get him to come to the Eastern title game
