I hope you can overlook the extreme confidence expressed by some Ram fans.Yeah just start the scrubs. I'm sure we cant play with them either. Heck just take the week off in practice too. Send the starters to go watch the game between next weeks opponent.
calpreps.com early projection would have Reidsville favored 46-8.....you may take that with however many grains of salt you wish...game still has to be played between the goal line and sidelines...blocking and tackling.........................I hope you can overlook the extreme confidence expressed by some Ram fans.
When you are favored by 50 points or so in the power ratings ( and Reidsville will be such a favorite Friday night) its easy to be really confident.
Will you be making the trip down for the game?
if you keep up with football you should know Reidsville never gets there due, adjusted ranking is only because of competition Rams played thats Maxpreps....we beat everyone on our schedule including 5 straight shutouts to end the seasonWhat you did in 2017 has nothing to do with this year ... Randleman is also 11-0 so they also have argument for No. 1 seed ... my main issue is Reidsville's adjusted ranking of 9th among 2-A schools.
Oh, stop crying about your ranking. You guys, 99.9% of the time, play/have played your playoff games in Reidsville, and that’s courtesy of your soft schedule. You can’t help who you play and your adms, but trust me, most other programs envy the fact you play your playoff games annually, at home, never ever having to travel, that’s a great luxury to have, and you guys are spoiled by that.
Exactly!!! Less than an hour away, it’s not like you’re traveling 2.5 hours to Shelby, and I don’t want to even imagine how far Owen has to travel, but while you’re bulljiving, Randleman would be a solid non conference program to schedule, being that they are relatively in close proximity to you guys.I agree. Randleman isn’t even that far away
I’m glad it’s your predictionMany are spoiled. Every once in a while it is nice to beat someone on their own field. Their own watered down field.
I am going to stick to my earlier prediction, Randleman will be home in the fourth round as Reidsville hosts the Western 2A final.
I’m glad it’s your prediction
I believe Reidsville's last road trip in the regional playoffs was in 2012 to Carrboro. If my math is correct, that's 17 straight home regional playoff games since. And they earned it.Oh, stop crying about your ranking. You guys, 99.9% of the time, play/have played your playoff games in Reidsville, and that’s courtesy of your soft schedule. Well if you guys so happen to make it there and win you wouldn’t host the 4th round you’ll be play at carter Finley Stadium for the championship!!Randleman High is 8 minutes from my house. It will not hurt my feelings to win there.
Nah, you benefitted , in my opinion, and again, you can’t help it. It’s not Reidsville’s fault your conference became so weak. You went from 2012 -‘15 without winning the state championship, because you were not the best team in 2A, but playing a favorable schedule got you those home games, just as it does now. Let’s be honest, once you get past maybe one decent non conference game, Reidsville goes scot free to a number 1 seed/ a high seed, getting home field advantage throughout the playoffs, you have no worries 99.9 percent of the time.I believe Reidsville's last road trip in the regional playoffs was in 2012 to Carrboro. So, how do you know the recent teams are really better, if the schedule was tougher then? Take your 07 team for an example, that team was great, freaking awesome, but some of y’all claim they pale in comparison to the ‘16 and ‘17 teams. But the 2016 -2018 rams are better than the 2012-2015 rams.
2012 -2014 were solid teams though . Schedule was tougher then too. Played good west Rowan, western Alamance, Northern Guilford teams.

I have no doubt your current teams are/were great, but they are lucky too. Former super power, Cummings is no more, and all the other Blue Bloods with the exception of Lincolnton in most years, are in 2AA. Mt Pleasant used to be a perinneal first or second exit. Now, by the looks of it, they have become a real threat to get to the 3rd or 4th round yearly, depending on when they meet y’all.
In my opinion, man, and not to say y’all are not great, because you most certainly are, sincerely, obviously, factually, but geography and your ever declining ADM has y’all eating good now, too good. No excuses for y’all not to be at the top or close to it every year. Things have changed recently. I’ve always been pro westerner, but the small 2A east has made a resurgence, while the 2A West has weakened some, not Reidsville obviously, but the comp has.
It's not raining! Dry air but wet ground.tonight’s the night
last minute thoughts on the game tonight
That would be 304 straight games without being shut out. If Rams get double digits, it would be 44 straight on that list (11th best in state, one behind Eastern Guilford. Cleveland - not the Browns - leads with 91 straight double figure scoring games.I just hope we score.
Here is how Simmons rates the 2007 Rams compared to later years:So, how do you know the recent teams are really better, if the schedule was tougher then? My son came home from school said breon not playing[/QUOTE
He is cleared to play. Probably precautionary. No need to take unnecessary changes with any player, young or otherwise.
