I think he is saying you never know what will happen in any given game.

NC schools play SC schools early they will be at a disadvantage due to the rules on on out of season practice/drills and pre-season scrimmaging. Always have been. Talk to coaches who have been in both states.

Clinton has played 4A teams for years. Played(and beat)Wilmington Laney this past season, and have scheduled Wilmington Hoggard this upcoming season.
