Punt block question from Hough/Mallard creek

Creek was punting and it was blocked by hough, the ball went past the line of scrimmage, then a Creek player
picked it up and ran with it and was tacked 15 further yards down the field. its definitely hough ball but where should it be spotted... no flag or anything was thrown on the play for anything....

ball is dead from where offensive team touches the ball

That is correct devil to my knowledge,hough ended up taking possession where the tackle was made though further down the field, it was a lot of confusion because it was such a weird thing to happen, definitely a miss spot , miss application
