Let me know if this view is okay! I am fiddling with trying to just copy and paste the spreadsheet I work out of into the chat...this forum is not really set up to let me do a lot with a spreadsheet so it kinda is how it is. It looks better on the computer than on mobile.

If it is too cumbersome to the eyes I'll just go back to manually typing it in.
