Friday's game with Bunker Hill, though it'll be a win, will kill their RPI. And by proxy, hurt Randleman's RPI. I see them both dropping at least 2 seeds.

Brevard and East Rutherford still have games, they may move too (up in seeding with wins). East may jump Lincolnton and ya'll will go from being home vs them to traveling to them. But, South Point has a game too I think...a win there helps Lincolnton and by proxy, Maiden.

Lots of jockeying still to come.

RPI is still the same as before. The bracket is currently the same. NS and Linc are 14&15 in RPI...but 15&16 in seeding, respectively. CSD (17 in RPI) is a champion and seeds at 10...pushing NS and Linc back 1 spot for seeding.

They are very hard to gameplan for. Then, you have to get the kids to act out the gameplan. Then at halftime you have to be ready for plan B because Watauga will change how they're doing stuff.

If Lincolnton has East Rutherford, here or there, look for some talk about our common opponent North Lincoln (A&B gap University) who East almost beat, but who decisively beat us. I watched it on HSFN Network and neither could stop the other. The game ended 56-55 North. Heard there were some extenuating circumstances, but not sure if that's correct.

If MaxPreps stats are right, the Cavaliers in that game had over 600 yards of total offense of which more than 400 hundred were from passing. North had something over 400 yards total and nearly all of it from rushing. No matter how this particular game played out, which was back on September 12, I like this matchup with the Cavaliers, and believe we have a decent chance.

I don't know, Chopper. Our record against Reidsville is 2-2, we at least try to bow up at them. Perhaps I'm wrong on this and it's just wishful thinking, but maybe just maybe, our guys believe they can win, and as you know, this can help. Could be that hope is all we got but for me, it's better than nothing. If it doesn't, I can take a belt whippin' from you and not pout about it.

Last time I was at ER... One of their players took a sharp hit at the 50, and dropped like a rock, motionless for minutes .. The ambulance drove out to him on the field. Two dudes grabbed him, one by the feet and one by the arms, and tossed him onto the gurney...then stuffed it into the ambulance. They drove off with lights and siren. I thought it was over for the kid!

The ambulance drove off the field, cut off the lights and siren, and backed in slowly to its original position, beside the concession stand. I thought theyd called a hearse. Instead, maybe 15 minutes later, the kid emerged from the ambulance and jogged across the field to his sideline, and reentered the game.

Friends, I'd just like to say that I don't believe Maiden will do the pile on anymore, in a ceremonial sense, that is. When we played there a week ago, this past Friday, they did in fact do the pile on...to us. I've included a video courtesy of Hudl, showing what is mostly Lincolnton's highlights, but if you would, take a moment and notice that at around the 10 second mark (On the video) They certainly did the pile on.

Maiden tackled our guys like they were styling for the WWE (The wrestling, that my mother loved so much). The very much larger Blue Devils tried to slam us into the ground, and when they wrapped up and rolled with our guys, they would roll with them (our backs) for about five yards (Please notice on the video at about the 1:05 mark).

It's been said that our backs are noticeably small in stature, and some have even commented on them being fast. Well, no damn wonder, I'd think, and hey, West Lincoln did it, too.
