Robbinsville gonna have to shore some of the mistake up. Being careless with the ball. We’ve been within 5 yards 2 times without scoring. Can’t let that happen.
Murphy hanging in there. They played Swain close, but a different team came out after halftime and it got out of hand quick.
#5 for MA is making Murphy look like Middle Schoolers. Wow, is he quick/fast.
That's what he did to Draughn last year too. Well, MA in general but it was 90% him.

MA has 35...what is your point...I thought the object was to outscore the other team...I'm confused...
Mmm Murphy is doing better than I figured. That one pass play they got MA on was perfect. Their D just isn't good enough to handle MA. Next two games will be more interesting for sure.
Some MA fan had a thread earlier asking if Murphy would score at all. Murphy has shown that MA might need to tighten up their pass defense, but man MA scores so fast it makes your head spin…
He's a great back and MA has a lot of speed but the fact remains that Murphy is not good defensively. The two backs from Commerce probably had close to 500 yards rushing against Murphy's D earlier this year. Collins and Adams from Swain and Robbinsville both had several huge runs on them earlier this season. Last year Murphy made Weaver from Andrews look like the second coming of Bo Jackson...
Watson has done a good job with the offense, especially tonight but Murphy's not going to win anything of significance, conference title or otherwise, unless Watson can bring in his version of Gaither or Nelson to coach their D. Just way too porous against the run with pretty much any good offense they've faced the last few years.

Murphy has on side kicked 3 times. Scored on half back pass to qb on 4th scored on nice pass when defender fell down. #28 is real deal. MA too much speed and more physical.

At the MA game. I'm sure they have talked at halftime about getting sucked in on the run. Those plays were beautiful by Murphy on those scores. MA unbelievable speed for 1@ and they block well
Watching MA for my first time tonight. Team speed is unbelievable
Gotta be impressed with Murphy put up almost as many points tonight as the Bears have allowed on the season SMC strong
Gadget play and 2 stop and go routes. They’ll be fine. Definitely need to stop peaking in backfield though!
