Big game coming up on 1/25 with 14-3 Hickory Ridge vs 16-1 Lake Norman. Both teams are undefeated in conference. Should be a good one.

Richmomd Co player Jamarion Wall sets the programs record with 11 3 pointers scored in a game. He had 39 points along with a 84-51 win over Scotland Co.

Lake Norman 77 Hickory Ridge 58. Big win for Lake Norman as they go 17-1 and stays undefeated in conference.

It will be interesting to see if this Davie loss fuels them to win out. Another loss will likely cost them the CPC championship.

Lake Norman Coach Hodges was quoted in Charlotte Observer that when they get a big lead, the "team" seems to relax, take the foot of the gas and coast a little. They can not continue to do that in the playoffs when you get to the "really" good teams.
When this starting five plays all out, they are really hard for ANYONE to play with them. But, having said that, we must remember they are a sophomore, 3 juniors and one senior starting five. They are very talented, can play very fast but also play under control.

And the addition of Santana Lynch (Senior) can not be overstated. He is the glue. If their is a more unselfish quality top notch player I would like to see that individual. He does so many little as well as big and timely things for that team.

Great game Walkertown came out on fire shooting like Stephon Curry and went up 15-0. Down 10 to start the forth quarter West played great on both ends to pull it out. Tip in at the buzzer for the only lead.
